Really surprised when this arrived. The safe is very heavy (for its size). Did have a little trouble setting the code but after I reread the instructions it worked just fine. If they revise the safe in the future I would only ask for a bigger (thicker) security cable, other than that I have no issues with this safe. ... show more

I made too much for this metal junk to stop working after two months. 🤬Not going to mention any features, because it doesn't serve it's main purpose, which was to have a safe convenient way of storing and retrieving a weapon if needed. This metal junk didn't even alert me when the batteries needed changing like the description said. Went to retrieve my weapon one day, batteries were dead, couldn't get in by numeric code, so I used the key which worked fine, then changed the batteries and the alarm wouldn't stop ringing. I tried all the steps like the instructions stated and still nothing would stop the alarm. Can it store your weapon, YES. Can you retrieve your weapon in an emergency if needed without using the key, NO! Pissed I can't get my money back! DON'T BUY! WASTE of JUNK! ... show more

I'm giving this four stars because the first unit I received had the same issue as several other customers. I set up with fingerprints and code and could not get the box to latch. I shipped it back and got another and this one seems to work okay.

I was excited about this product. Worked beautifully for the first few weeks. Then the latch opened and never closed again. Now I have a handgun that is not safely locked. Pretty upset. UPDATE: The seller offered to refund or replace and sent a new unit, so changing to 5 stars

Has everything I want in a flip top safe. Quite sturdy, very easy to set up numeric code and fingerprint. Always opens when code or finger used. You can pay 4 or 5 times more and probably get something, but I don’t know what it would be.

This is my 3rd biometric safe, and by far this has the most accurate fingerprint reader. I have tested it between my other fingers and my kids’ fingers, then my programmed fingerprint and it works every time, first time. It is a solid safe, works great…highly recommend
