The Bodyblade CxT Kit is Terrific! Best workout! Amazing! In less then a week your body starts toning and shaping. My wife and I now are addicted to exercising every day! My sister-in-law Cecile is a Personal Trainer in Connecticut and she said "If a person works out for 6 days, it becomes a habit." Well, this is the most fun habit I have ever had! This worked so well in my occupational/physical therapy sessions, I bought one so the improvement can continue. It is expensive, but it strengthens my arm and grip while reducing or eliminating the pain I have when making a fist. Love it!!

Well it's good but I ordered the blade with less resistance, a mistake on my part. So I'll let the misses have it. And get the stronger one for myself. All in all we like it tho.

A challenge worth mastering. Effective and comfortable to hold. Strange at first but give it a few tries to get the gist then proceed to mastering. I was introduced to this in my physical therapy and ended up buying it to become better at it.

I was introduced to this at physical therapy and really love how challenging even 30 seconds can be trying to sustain some of the exercises you can do with this thing. I think it’s probably going to be most valuable to athletes who depend on their arms and shoulders to perform, whether that’s throwing, climbing, pushing or pulling.
