A friend was using this product, Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder. She shared it with me one morning, I liked it, and soon after bought a container of my own. I do not have much experience with this category of food supplements in general, so it won't mean much if I claim it's "better" than any other similar product. I don't know that. I do know that, on its own, it's really quite good. The flavor is excellent: there is no chemical after-taste. And while it's sugar-free, they didn't go overboard with artificial sweetener. It's sweet, but not extremely so. The protein content -- assuming the labeling is accurate -- is exceptional, 60 grams per serving. One shake in the morning really helps you meet every need for the entire day. And on top of that, it's economical. I discovered that it's even more affordable per serving than comparable products being sold at Grocery Outlet and other discounters. So I do recommend it. Note that I've only ever purchased this one time; if anything comes up later to make me question my recommendation, I'll return here to post an update.

I've been buying this protein powder for years at W*smart, recently found it here on Amazon for only about a dollar more. Flavor is good. Make sure you shake it a bit longer than you think you have to, or you might end up with some clumps. But it does get smooth. It smells a little funny, but so does every other protein powder. I've gotten great results at the gym lately, and I believe this protein has been a help.

The serving size is misleading because it takes two giant scoops to give you 60g's of protein, so if you only take one scoop, it will last about 18 servings. I think you are only supposed to take in about 30g every couple of hours because I've seen studies that show people taking more than 30g build muscle at basically the same rate as someone taking more because the body can only absorb so much before your body digests it and throws the rest out as waste, much like the vitamins we take. This is even more true for powder as powder is more easily digestible. Another huge plus is that it includes BCAAs, which make a big difference in muscle growth, and is missing from a lot of those "pure Whey" products. Normally you would need to buy a separate supplement to get those Branch Chain Amino Acids, so spending a little more to get two powders in one is a no-brainer. This flavor also tastes great and only has a few grams of sugar per serving.

I ordered vanilla flavor. Although I’ve tried a few vanilla flavors from various brands, this one is my favorite! It’s smooth in texture and just delicious! The delivery was fast, too.

This particular brand is fairly clumpy. I've tried both a blender and a shaker to try and resolve the clumsiness to no avail. The vanilla flavor I found way too sweet, and tasted absolutely nothing like vanilla at all. My first thought was it actually tasted like sugar cookies, or butter cookies, nothing like vanilla at all. The chocolate peanut butter actually tasted pretty good, however, like the vanilla, was just too clumpy, and did not dissolve properly using either a blender or a shaker. Because of the clumpiness, and bad vanilla flavor I can only rate this 3 stars. The chocolate peanut butter maybe 4 stars because it actually does taste pretty good, just too clumpy.

Very tasty, very smooth. Dissolves easily. I got vanilla and love it. I can add strawberries or bananas or really anything to flavor it. But just the vanilla is good also. I will it again.
