From the title you can tell something's up. Let's start with the pros: This case is FANTASTIC, if you're only using it as an RGB air flow case. This thing has tons of air flow going through it, it's nice to look at, and it is EXTREMELY easy to take apart and clean. Now the cons: If you are planning to really build and try to make this thing a monster case to look at and use, this not the case for you. Any modular PSU above 600w will require you to remove the HDD housing for space for your cables coming from your PSU. I know that we're in an era where HDDs are essentially useless, but if you're a content creator or just like to save videos you record, an HDD is the best budget option instead of wasting more money on another M.2 or SSD just to store stuff. The PSU shroud has a break where if your looking down at the PC, you can see where the HDD housing should be and if you remove it for more PSU space, it kinda kills the aesthetically pleasing feel of building a PC. If you buy cable sleeves and you have this case, you would have to go more expensive cable sleeves (for longer sleeves), or hate yourself for getting cheap ones and trying to cable manage in this case. The sleeves only go to the middle of the back of the case and the connectors protrude more than the back plate of the case allows for, so there will be bulging if you force the back of the case on. My brother and I both have this case, but he uses his case for a streaming PC only, and it works fantastic for him, I use this case for my main setup, and I've considered buying a new case multiple times. Final thoughts: All in all, I think this case can be good for some people. If you're building something basic, just want to build someone a starter rig, or you don't want anything crazy fancy, just want some RGB and decent air flow, this case is amazing. If you're a content creator or building for aesthetics, this case isn't for you. I had a hard time picking what rating I'd give this case, and solely for the reason that some people might not read reviews, I gave it a 4/5, because this case is good, I just hope people take time to read the review so they know what they are getting before they pick this case and try to build in it. TL;DR Good case of you're building basic, ie: no HDD, no cable sleeves, plain airflow case (plenty of room for an AiO as well) with RGB lights, and a non modular PSU. Not so good if you want cable sleeves, nice cable management, modular PSU, HDDs etc. ... show more

This is a great case. It looks great, it's high quality, and it appears to have excellent airflow. With the 3 RGB fans and controller (normally $70 by themselves) this a great deal if you are looking for an aesthetic case with high quality RGB and RGB software. The biggest compliant I have is the lack of room for cable management. I would highly recommend using a semi or fully modular power supply. There is very little space to run your cables behind the back panel. Additionally, there is little space between the hard drive cage and your power supply. If you are aren't using and HHD I would I would highly recommend removing this to give yourself more room. Another thing to consider is although Corsair claims you can fit a 240mm radiator up top, which I wanted to do, but after some measuring it was apparent this would not be possible unless you are using a low clearance ram. With that being said, you could still use one it would just have to be in the front of the case. In conclusion, the 220T is a quality case. The case itself and the RGB fans makes quite the aesthetic build. Although it may be on the more expensive side at $105, you are getting a high quality case with great looks. However, due to the lack of cable management, I would not recommend using a non-modular power supply. Additionally, I would not recommend this case to first time builders and/or those who do not like to cable manage. ... show more

Pros - Perfect case for a minimalist build. Bought this for my first ever build and it was perfect for what I needed: ATX size mobo, no HDDs, no radiators, no disk drives, a GPU with 2 fans, only 1 M.2 being used, and 2 additional Corsair RGB fans for top and rear. - Great overall size, they nailed the dimensions with this one. - Excellent airflow through this case! The front is cool to the touch. - The tempered glass side is nice, the thumbscrews have a rubber washer to prevent scratching which I liked upon constantly opening and reopening the case during tweaks. Cons: - The gap behind the motherboard for wires is very tight! Saying there is 5/8” - 3/4” is a STRETCH but it’s doable to get all the cables routed properly. - My lighting node won’t work to my motherboard. I have all 5 fans plugged (correctly in order) into the node and then all 5 fans with 3 pin connectors into the motherboard. I received a USB overcurrent message at first start up and troubleshot it to the node being plugged into the motherboard USB 9-pin. The node does work because I plugged it in when the PC was running and the iCUE software recognized it - allowing me to program the RGB the one time. If someone has any assistance on this it would be great because I’m not a big computer person and I didn’t see anyone else with this issue on forums and blogs. Unless I’m missing something obvious, it seems like no one else has this issue and the node does work as confirmed outside of startup. It would be a shame to need an additional component from Corsair because them integrating this node in the case was a great touch and one less thing for me to worry about. I reached out to Corsair but no response after almost two weeks. Conclusion: Great mid-sized tower for a minimalist build and excellent airflow. I would recommend to anyone with similar specs below. It will still work with more components and will require the effort to route everything efficiently, but it’s possible.
