The neck area is puffy and has a warm lining so very nice against the neck, very well made zipper, warm pockets, and everything else. I originally wanted a Large but it was not available so I got a Medium and had to return it because it was too small and was bummed because it was a nice coat. Weeks later without finding anything else, I just decided to get the XL and that ended up being perfect ! The arms are longer so its nice if I'm not wearing gloves, I can just put the sleeves over my hands no problem. Really glad I decided to size up. I ordered this jacket in a size medium. For reference: I'm 1.75m (5'9") and 75kg (165lbs), and it fits me just right. The sleeves are slightly longer than I'd prefer, but it's still comfortable and wearable. The jacket is soft, puffy, and very warm. Both the fabric and stitching are high quality, with no defects. It's definitely a heavyweight jacket - you can feel the difference compared to cheaper, lighter options. The colors are beautiful, with no stains or discoloration. I can easily recommend this puffer jacket. Just make sure to choose the right size, as the sizing chart can be a bit tricky. The zipper is a bit annoying but it's just like all jackets. ... show more

Great coat. Don't be resistant because it isn't real goose. It's plenty warm and durable. It's fairly light and exactly what you want in a puffer. It's warmer and more durable than the portable 'pack-able' puffers. Best $93 I spent.

This jacket is awesome! The hood is big and keeps you so warm sometimes I go without a hat. The sleeves are the best part. Good quality zipper. Zero issues. So happy I got this! Color is true to photo - very warm and spacious pockets.

At first, upon receipt, I was happy with the coat! It was what I wanted. HOWEVER, I wore it ONCE, and the quality of the Silver color stripe totally shocked me!!! TERRIBLE. If you see my pics, BEWARE bc if you buy this, you will inevitably end up with such marks. Essentially, the silver color "scratched" off, leaving the very visible black marks. I absolutely expected way better quality from Tommy Hilfiger... how do they have the audacity to sell this?!? It's a faulty product. So, what caused the black marking? Well, I was wearing a duffel bag on my person, and naturally, the bag strap made contact with the coat. THATS ALL IT TOOK. The color came right off & it's not coming back. The only thing that will happen if worn over time is that the black marks will increase because apparently the only way to avoid it is not allowing it to come into contact with anything else. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & am shocked that this is even on the market. Because I did wear it that one time, I thought it would be dishonest for me to try to return/exchange the jacket, because no it did not arrive in this condition. Yet, I'm left in this terrible position - with a cheap & faulty product. It's appalling, really. The one & only fair & satisfactory outcome would be for Amazon to at least allow me to exchange this for another style/color of the same jacket... needless to say, that would be a singular color. Unfortunately, I don't expect to have this wrong made right. So best I can do is make sure other buyers beware. ... show more

The jacket is soo good. Fitting is perfect, soo lightweight. I wear it in -17*C and i don’t feel any cold. So comfortable. The zip sometimes gets stucked but take it to full top and then open, will work good.
