This has been the priciest frame I’ve purchased as an adult and I’m so very happy I did! The quality is amazing and instructions were easy to follow to put together. I did it by myself in about 1.5 hrs. Highly recommend putting this together with someone else but not impossible by yourself. The headboard once attached and tightened is SOLID and doesn’t move, shake or rattle at all. The color and wood used seems very high quality and it’s gorgeous. Love this bed frame. It's a nice looking, high quality bed frame. It's completely silent and is not shaky. The slats velcro down, which is nice-they don't slide around or fall. The head rest has a slight tilt to it, so it's comfortable to lean against. Haven't had any issued with pillows sliding down. Our mattress is 14.5 inches thick - total height with mattress is about 30 inches tall. It was super easy to assemble - assembled it alone in about 1 hour. The media could not be loaded. I’ve gone through multiple bed frames. They always squeak and/or break (last one was metal and the welds broke). When i got this, i was EXTREMELY surprised and happy to find the entire bed frame is solid wood, with high quality hardware. So far, no squeaks and has felt extremely sturdy. Assembly was quick (i did it alone). Size wise its perfect. I love the titled headboard for support when sitting up in bed. Overall, an amazing value for the price. Bed frame it's self looks amazing, seems sturdy enough and the design is great..... But all of the slats that the mattress sits on are about 1/4 of an inch too small, and I have no way of contacting the manufacturer for this order as the only option under product support is "get a call from amazon" unlike other products that allow you to get a direct call from the manufacturer. I had to put them in diagonally just so I could sleep on the mattress. ... show more
