Exactly what we wanted but one of the main posts has a dent in it. We used it but that was a little disappointing. The boxes weren’t damaged either. Looks beautiful up. Did take several hours to install though because there are a lot of screws.

Well deserved 5 stars! This pergola was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the reviews about the ease of assembly convinced me, and I'm thrilled they did! As a novice builder, I was able to assemble this beautiful pergola without any trouble. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it!

This product (12x14’) was delivered in 3 boxes which arrived together ahead of schedule. I decided to hire a couple of contractors for the assembly. Pay close attention to the measurements because they refer to the very longest beams across the top. The footprint is approximately 2 entire feet shorter so I was disappointed because it feels smaller than expected. I measured it to be sure that they didn’t send the wrong size :( I do like the way it looks and it looks like the photos EXCEPT I was missing a piece to connect the beams in the middle overhead and they did not include any anchoring screws to anchor to concrete!!! That actually made me angry because there are anchoring brackets. I guess they expect you to just figure it out magically! #hassle

Make sure you have enough people when putting it together, 2 people isn't enough for the 12' x 24' pergola. Great material and it turned out to be better than we thought.

I really love my pergola. It’s just what I wanted. I can’t wait till I get all my furniture under it and get to enjoy it on sunny days. The cedar is a beautiful color. The kit did not come with any screws to attach the pergola to the concrete. So if you do plan to put this on a poured patio, be sure you get some concrete screws so the brackets can be properly attached.
