I have never owned a record player before so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It works really well and when the record finishes it ‘chimes’ and automatically connects to your phone’s Bluetooth. Sound quality isn’t amazing but it’s good (no rattling sounds or anything). I paid $70 which I feel was probably $10-$20 more than it should have costed. Bluetooth connects well on my boyfriend’s phone (like I said, automatically) but for some reason it doesn’t automatically connect to my phone, even when my phone is the only one around and it has connected with it in the past. Overall I really like it and I recommend it, especially if this is your first record player. ... show more

    • What a fun flashback!
This was the best present of Christmas! Bought multiples for our sons and my mother. Younger son kept looking for a button to push to move the arm onto the record!! 😂. Sound quality is excellent straight from the turntable, but connection to a Bluetooth speaker is so simple.

The media could not be loaded. Its my first turn-table so I'm not sure what expect but it seems good so far. -- Edit: Ive had this for nearly 2 months. Heres my input..After playing some records, I've noticed they all sound garbled. There's no way all my vinyls are warped- they're new. Upon inspection it seems the rotation mechanism on the turntable is off balance, ever so slightly. I will probably try to send this back and invest in something better. ... show more

My biggest complaint with this is the fact that the needle cradle is too close to the turntable so your records get caught on the edge and so you have to be very careful to not scratch your record. Other than that the sound is fine the quality for your money is fine. If you are new vinyl collecting, or like myself was gifting it to my teenager, then this is a good option but will want to upgrade sooner rather than later ... show more

Avoid this at all cost... I didn't expect good sound quality... I didn't expect much of anything.... what I did expect is that it would play a complete record from start to finish. It does not. It will shut down at 80% through a 45 and even less on a 33. It will not even play a complete record! If it wasn,t for the low cosst, I would have been much more upset.... but honestly, this is useless. ... show more

My husband received this for Christmas and was very, very happy with the look, the quality and the sound. It was better rated than another popular product, so I purchased this one. I am ever happy that I did. He has been enjoying it immensely. It was super easy to use, plays 45, 78 and 33s. The bluetooth is great, and the sound is surprisingly a great quality! I wanted a fun record player to be able to play some old LP's that I have in my collection. This one fit the bill! The sound quality is good (not as great as a hi-fi stereo system!), but it is simple to operate. The space between the Tone Arm and a large record is tight, so you have to make sure the record is seated properly. Please note: Some reviewers are saying that this player won't play long playing records. (If you read the directions under VINYL PLAYING it says: Select the auto/manual stop control and turn it in the OFF position.) Then it will play a longer playing records to the end.     • Plays music out of key because of wrong speed.
When playing at the 33RPM setting, it turns too fast, so everything sounds a half step sharp. So, the song is in G, player played it in G#. I verified this on my properly tuned piano and also playing the same song on YouTube. Kinda gives every song a chipmunk feel. Disappointed. That is a BIG miss from an engineering perspective.
