I've been a long-time user of the Dymo 4XL Label Printer, which has served me well for a decade. However, the need for printing labels on the go led me to seek out a wireless alternative, leading me to discover this portable printer. Initial Impressions: 1. Setup was a breeze with clear instructions, having me print labels in under 10 minutes. 2. Print quality is decent for the price. While my Dymo offers crisp clarity at a higher cost, this printer, at $90, scores about a 6 or 7 out of 10. It manages UPS and USPS labels from my Shopify store adequately, although I've yet to try the more complicated feature of importing and cropping files. How it Works: The printer doesn't offer true wireless or Bluetooth connectivity but requires a basic app download for operation. Printing from Shopify involves a few extra steps, like sending the file to the printer app and adjusting settings each time. Though not as seamless as direct printing, these steps are quick once you get the hang of it, especially after prioritizing the printer app in my phone's file sharing options. Considering the other option was a Brother QL1110, which is currently hard to find or overpriced, I'm satisfied with my choice. I'll keep an eye on its long-term reliability and update my review if necessary, but so far, it's meeting my mobile printing needs. ... show more

This portable printer really surprised me and is actually what I needed! First off, it feels nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. It is made from what feels like a durable plastic and is very sleek in its design. The size is perfect as it can be easily be taken with you on the go and can fit in most bags. There is no built in battery and will have to stay plugged in for power. This printer is easy to use and operate - insert the labels and connect via Bluetooth and the app (or direct from a computer via a USB connection). For such a small printer, I think this does a great job in terms of overall print quality. It also works with nearly any smart device that uses Bluetooth and I've had no issues to speak of. All things considered, I really like this portable printer and it does a great job for me. I don't always print, but this is a great way to print on the go if needed, or just at home.
