I’m currently using the lower belt to help support pelvic floor muscles during the third trimester. So far it’s been great , light weight and comfortable and breathable. Only thing is the Velcro is a bit sharp and leaves scratch marks on you. I haven’t used it even so long and the Velcro isn’t attaching well already. It’s a really good support waistband. It’s wearable depending how tight you want in. You’ll be comfortable in it. It’s adorable. You can wash it. I recommend hang dry it.

Wow, I am soooo happy that I didn't buy the name brand postpartum belts that are pushed on us cough* belly bandit cough* shrinkx. My baby girl decided to surprise me 2 weeks early and I hadn't ordered a recovery belt yet because it it so confusing to choose which one is best. I ordered this one although it didn't look amazing in the photo, but hey, I could do $20. You are really getting 3 trainers in one, which you can play around with, layer, unlayer, reorder, just really use to tuck your body back in to where you want it. It is one size fits all which sounds pretty intimidating, especially when other recovery belts really stress you buying the right size. But, there is no advanced calculus to this one. Unless you are extremely petite I'm sure you will fit this belt. The velcro allows for ample adjustment. I'm 5'8, my pre baby weight was 150, I was about 183 at delivery, and 158 at discharge. My main issue is the little pouch my body loves to store under my belly button. The hip band of this product is helping with that. Another positive is that a lot of the reviews I saw when shopping around had comments complaining that many belts don't work on long torsos; the way you are able to layer these belts would help if you have that problem. It's a postpartum belt, not a corset, so you're not going to want to wear it under tight clothing. I have worn it out comfortable under looser shirts and it wasn't noticeable. I wouldn't wear all three peices out though that would be too much. ... show more

Win going to give this four stars because it’s fantastic material, super easy to use and gives you the directions on when to use each of the parts. My problem is when I would put it on and sit down it would all roll at the waist. It is probably user error
