The voice command feature, when activated, works flawlessly every time. It marries up to my iPhone perfectly every time, and it has stellar range. I can be a couple of doors down from my house and it will still work great. If I forget my phone in the car to go into a store while using the headset, it will finally disconnect once I am well inside the store. This device is almost perfect; it's been a great upgrade to my road warrior kit. - Good simple case - Long battery life - Great "HD" sound quality - "Latest-ish" Bluetooth protocol - Voice prompts are clear - Great range (100' easily for me) - Comfortable for all-day wear (very subjective) - connects seamlessly to my phone and computer - A real hardware mute button! This is incredibly rare, especially in this form factor and price range. This does not toggle the actual "mute" feature on your phone or Teams call, but hard-disconnects the mic at the headset. My only con is the mute chime. When muted, a doorbell "ding dong" chime rings every 15 seconds. This gets annoying quickly. Some people might appreciate this, but i would love the ability to disable this mute reminder, or at least dial it back to every 60 seconds. The mute is also "slow." Whenever the mute button is pressed, it takes over a second for the headset to respond "mute on" or "mute off". Still, "beggars can't be choosers" and this is my top choice for a travel work headset until something better comes along. ... show more

I’ve been wanting to get a device like the X01 Wireless Headset forever because I can’t stand just sitting on the phone idle. With this device, I can do so many household things while making my phone calls concurrently which is absolutely wonderful and such a time saver! I have tried several other brands/devices over the past year, all of which attempts were either unsuccessful or disappointing. I almost gave up on my desire to be hands free until I ordered this one! Not being very tech savvy, the clear and concise instructions were a Godsend as I was able to get the X01 working in no time. The sound quality and call connectivity are outstanding with the earpiece being very comfortable, as well. Having things in my ears have never been my most favorite thing at all! The unit’s one ear plug works so well I couldn’t even tell there was nothing in the other ear! Did I mention that people at the other end of the phone had super connectivity too? If you’ve been frustrated in the past, try this one and you’ll be so glad you gave it a chance! I am especially since I was about to give up on the whole idea of hands free freedom!
