I needed a replacement Bluetooth earpiece. This one is nice and effective. My only complaint. To turn it off, you have to disable Bluetooth on your phone first. If you hold the power button without doing this first, it wont shut off. Its explained that way in the instructions. The charge lasts for a decent amount of time. I'd say around 8 hours of talk time. It takes a few hours to fully recharge. The charging case is sturdy. This is a good earpiece for the price. I have an android phone. Im happy with this unit.

I give this a 3 because the volume constantly goes to full blast no matter how many times I adjust it. With certain apps it just automatically puts the volume up and it hurts my ear so bad. Comes with a charging cord and 3 squishy ear pieces. I tested for people to tell me if I was clear and if noise was cancelled and they agreed. Comfort was there, good charge was there. All the other aspects of it were great, but not enough for me to keep. I’m returning it next day.

My HONEST review: This Bluetooth over the ear earpiece connects very easy and sound is very clear. Tested multiple times with background noise and people couldn’t hear my radio playing in the background, so that is a plus. Also, everyone mentioned how clear I sounded. Only FLAWs I saw was with the case. The outside case doesn’t show its charging. However, if you do have it plugged in to receive a charge, you will have to open the case to see if it’s charging. If NOT PLUGGED IN, I’ve opened the case and it doesn’t show battery level so I had to reseat the earpiece to get it to show battery level. I’ve attached a video of the earpiece plugged in showing what it looks like when first opened NOT on the charger and then plugged in. The only way you will see the battery level when NOT plugged in is to reseat the earpiece then it will show you for a short time the battery level.

Connects good, good sound quality, fits good, charges good. Battery life lasts about 4 - 5 hours talk time though, then needs to be charged. Bought for those 9 - 10 hour days on the phone. NOT ideal for all day calls.

The headset is a really good one, but it doesn't have the ability to pull up contacts with the side button like my Plantronics. I'm using my old Plantronics again and this one is being used at my desk. The headset is comfortable on my ear, but my Plantronics is just as comfortable. Sound quality is excellent, and noise cancellation seems to work fairly well. If all you want to do is talk back and forth using a Bluetooth headset then this is the one you want, but if you want extended functionality to press a button and pull up a contact with your voice to make a call, the Plantronics headsets perform this function flawlessly. Besides, it was a Plantronics headset that went to the Moon in 1969.

It never worked. It charged and it turned on but the sound was so bad I couldn’t hear anything but broken speech.

I use this headset exclusively for video conferencing such as Teams, Zoom, etc. They do not offer multipoint connectivity, but that's okay because for this price it's worth having them dedicated to my work laptop connection. The sound thru the earpiece is clear, and I'm told my voice is well received also. They are a good buy, especially for this price.
