    • Love it but it broke!
The media could not be loaded. I received my headphones on time and found them to be more than what i expected!I use them at home to keep my wife happy because i have some hearing loss and she says i have the volume up too high!I also take them to work with me to use throughout the work day to listen to music, podcasts, or audio books. I find them easier to remove than my earbuds when i need to talk to fellow employees. Last friday after listening to them all day i took them off to go home and the band that holds them together snapped in half.Is there anything you can do for me?Thanks ... show more

I was looking for wireless headphones that would help me tune out background noise when listening to music/audiobooks at home around my family that had a decent playtime. So far that checks out. I didn't want completely noise cancelling because I am a mother that needs to be somewhat attuned to my family so for me the noise cancellation or lack of is completely fine. I noticed a warning on the pamphlet that you should take a break every 20 min. or so because of the warmth to your ears. Definitely true! You don't really notice until you take them off but yes your ears sure do get warm! I can't compare these to any other headphones of this style...only that it is not a problem with ear buds. I bought these to help on conference calls and to help drown out my family while working from home. Noise cancellation is adequate. These are not sound cancelling and they don't claim to be. Personally that's fine with me. The sound quality is very good and rich. Let me try to explain why I don't like how they function. These headphones take control of your phones volume. So when you adjust the sound on the headphones you see the volume bar go up and down on your phone, kind of neat at first. However, the 10% volume level is about as loud as I'd want music to be. For me it's too loud for an ambient level which is what I would want for working and drowning out background noise. Other bluetooth speakers I have don't take control of the volume and I think allow for a better user experience where you can turn down both volumes and have very quiet music. Anything more than 30% on this one I feel like would be much too loud. Volume controls I don't like. I have other bluetooth speakers that have separate volume controls to the phones. The headphones link and take control of the phones volume. The difference being when they link the precision for making it quieter is lost. When the volumes are separate you can make the sound quieter and more of a back ground noise. Since I'm not trying to concentrate on the music but on something else this is what I was trying to describe. I think it's probably working as designed but not as I necessarily want, I can't imagine anyone needing to turn this on to more than 30% volume without wrecking their ear drums. ... show more

Overall headphones are good for what I need them for. However, the bluetooth refuses to connect to my laptop. Customer service was awesome and replaced the product but the second pair has the same issue. This new pair does connect to my phone unlike the first pair, however, if I want to use them with the laptop I need to use a cord. Not the end of the world but disappointed ... show more

My first pair broke - the plastic piece that goes across your head snapped in half when I was putting them on. Customer service reached out to me to offer a replacement since the headphones were still under warranty. Overall the headphones are great, very comfortable with nice sound.
