I was happy to find out I could use a permanent USB connection to keep this device charging while in use, since the headphone jack and USB port are so difficult to access. Plugging in charging cable does not shut off bluetooth and the TV USB port has no power to over charge when the TV is off.

We have a brand-new Samsung TV. For some reason, our TV is hard to hear (not sure if it's just a bad design of the speakers or the fact that we have cathedral ceilings and it's something to do with the acoustics of the house). It's mostly only me (Dad) in there watching TV late at night when everyone else is gone to bed, so I use Bluetooth headphones anyway...but occasionally, I'd like to watch something with the wife (Mom) but we hate the way our TV Speakers sound. This little device should make it so that we can both connect a set of headphones and hear all the crisp details and speech in the movie. I believe this device will serve us well! Thank you Niweya! I absolutely love the transmitter and receiver functions of this product! Connecting it to your devices is seamless, and takes only a few seconds. Transmitter: Flying has been a more frequent endeavor for me recently, and this item is super helpful for me to connect my bluetooth headphones to the TV so I can avoid using the dinky headsets that they provide. It also helps reduce the wire clutter and lets me use the devices I'm comfortable with. To connect it to your headphones or other bluetooth devices, you simply toggle the "Tx" setting and click the button so it starts blinking. Turn on your device and use whatever setting to make it seen on other bluetooth devices, hold them next to each other and within seconds they're paired! No delay, no sound issues, everything is perfect! Receiver: After toggling to the "Rx" setting, you click the button to make it start blinking and it becomes findable on any of your devices. I love using this feature for my car which does not have a bluetooth system. I normally have an aux cord that I connect to my phone, but the cords are always in the way. I simply plug in this device into the aux cord and turn it on, it pairs instantly to my phone and all of a sudden I installed a bluetooth sound system to my car! Once again, no delays or sound issues! The battery life of this device has never been an issue for me. I've never seen it run out of battery and the charging is so fast that even a few minutes of charging is likely enough for whatever you need it for. Considering it's price, this is a must for anyone who can see even the slightest benefit of a product like this one. Definitely a 5 star device!!

A bluetooth receiver/transceiver that connects to a 1/8" audio jack, and broadcasts via bluetooth 5.3 with about 30+ feet of range and 10+ hour of battery. I took this dimunitive little adapter with me on an oversea trip and this thing performed well above my expectations. Highly recommended! CONNECTION. I paired this to my Sony WH-1000XM5 speaker easily. You flick the send/receive switch to "receive" ("RX"), press the power button for more than 3 seconds to turn the device on and initiate pairing mode. You then set your bluetooth headphone to pair mode and the device found and paired with my Sony automatically. Once connected, the connection remains strong, steady and without any drops or statics. AUDIO QUALITY. I listened to this while I was in flight for about 10 hours and with my headphones ANC function on, the transmission sounded basically flawless...or about the same as when I have it paired to my phone or laptop. Granted, this is in a noisy flight cabin but I was hard pressed to tell any differences between listening to this vs. my phone while flying. Altogether, this is an impressively tiny and light package that is well made, easy to take with you, and with a thoughtful little 2-inch long cable that gives you a lot of flexbility on how and where to connect the device. This allows you to listen to your favorite wireless headset anywhere, including airplanes, or with older audio devices that do not offer bluetooth. For the money, size, performance, and just about everything, it's an amazing little piece of traveling companion.

I got this because I wanted to use it with my Casio keyboard and some wireless headphones. Unfortunately, there is just too much of a delay to allow it to be of any use to me. I plugged it into the back of the keyboard and got it connected to my earphones but when I play, there is a considerable delay before the notes I played are audible through my headphones. Pretty disappointing product for me.
