I like them! I bought them because I bike a few times a week and I wanted a way to have my music follow me as I move from downstairs after riding to upstairs to get cleaned up. I have a Marantz receiver that has HEOS andI wanted to be able to connect the speakers and the receiver to stream everywhere in the house. It works flawlessly for this purpose. I simply use the HEOS app in my phone and I’m able to go from one streaming service to another, the music saved on my phone or a music server in the house. I have purchased the 150, 250 and 350 and they all sound great. I wanted a speaker that could make my house sound like I was in a club and they do the job. What I was surprised by is that when I just want some nice background music (jazz or classical) they deliver excellent sound as well. They fill the area. They can be subtle and warm or loud and forceful without distortion. Setup was straightforward and connection to my WiFi was pretty easy. Sound quality is excellent in my opinion. I started with the 150s and wished for a bit more bass. The 250s IMHO are a really nice balance with plenty of bass. I do not find them muddy like some reviewers stated. Some reviews complained about them having too much bass and I agree that the 350s are bass heavy. This, however, can be adjusted in the EQ, and frankly, I appreciate the bass in so small a speaker. I hid a 350 in a corner and it completely fills the area with music and its placement is hard to detect. The software has been solid in my experience. You can connect different speakers together and rearrange the combinations by dragging and dropping speakers together. It works. I’m still playing around with this aspect of the speaker/software functionality. I am hoping to find that I can setup different combinations (using the same speakers-reusing different speakers in different groupings), save them, and picking from a saved list which combination I want to use in that moment. However, I am not sure that this is possible. Overall, I think they are great sounding, attractive, versatile speakers. They are expensive! But thus far, I’m really happy with them. ... show more

The Denon Home 350 sounds great! I compared it to the Bowers & Wilkens Zeppelin Pro. The B&W has great treble and slightly better bass. This was a really difficult decision. The B&W app did not stream Amazon HD music in HD and with the Home 350 on sale I eventually returned the B&W. The B&W may have been more live, but the Denon was more refined, slightly better midrange perhaps. I look forward to comparing the Denon Home 350 with the new Denon Home 600. Perhaps it will bring it closer to the positives of the B&W. If it sounds better than the 350, I will keep it. The HEOS software has its issues. Although recent software and firmware updates have improved its usability. I think I had to install the speaker using 2.5G Wifi and then once everything was set up, switch to 5G Wifi. I do have a Denon receiver in my main listening system, so I can play source music from the main system and stream through the HEOS setup and listen on the Home 350 in another room upstairs. The one downside for me was that it is not compatible with AIFF files. The workaround is file transcoding to WAV. My music server transcodes to WAV and the Bubble UPnP app works with the setting on the server. I use the UAPP (USB Audio Player Pro) app to stream FLAC, WAV or DSD from my server or phone. I only use the HEOS app when I want to stream from Amazon HD or in the scenario described above. ... show more

I had been shopping for a permanent replacement to my aging Bose SoundDock speak systems (series I and II) which I kept going for years following some occasional repairs. After the last two started making weird static noises, I knew it was time to let them go. My primary requirements: * Clean deep sound with good bass for a variety of music * Various inputs capable (USB, Aux, Bluetooth...) * No lights displayed on device (for night use) After spending months researching various options, I finally took the plunge with this Denon Home 350 Wireless Speaker. Although cost wasn't really a factor, I wanted to keep it to under $500 since this speaker is meant to be used in my master bedroom to play calming music overnight with some occasional grooving during the day. When I received the speaker, I was pleasantly surprised at its larger size and heavy weight. Although it's a bit too large to sit on my night stand, I did find a suitable location next to a window. The speaker's fit and finish represent a well-made quality product. The setup was relatively easy as compared to other users, although the first software update took some time. Overall, I am very happy with this speaker. Having played everything from soothing meditating sounds to classical to EDM, the sound is consistent and excellent for a speaker in this category. And the best feature for me is no indicator lights on the device when in use. In a darken room trying to fall asleep, there is nothing worst than a tiny bright green power light to sour the relaxing mood. Thank you Denon! ... show more

When this speaker works right, It sounds amazing but keyword, WHEN IT WORKS. Nothing about this speaker works properly. Just like other reviewers have mentioned constant disconnects from Wi-Fi regardless of how good your wifi is. Requires restarts daily and the app is absolutely garbage. That's too bad because when it works it sure does sound good ... show more

The quality sound of the Denon Home 350 sound surprised me. Highs are not too high and the bass is strong enough to balance the sound. Sound stage is pretty good and it's a pleasant warm sound. I prefer my sound to be on the Bass side than Treble side.. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I compared other speakers that I have and it held its own in terms of sound quality. It is a Denon, after all. I use the LAN wired hookup to get the best quality sound and bluetooth & Wi-Fi from my iphone. The better the sound source, the better sound you get. Not the best design and a little challenging at first, but don't give up. When turned on, it's ready to pair. ... show more

Super easy to setup and use. Works great with HEOS or just with iOS over Airplay. Easy to group or ungroup. Never had a single dropped connection or problem with playback. Sound quality is great for my taste but I did not test out a bunch of products to compare side by side. Looks attractive. 9/10 product. I am now buying more Denon Home speakers after this good experience with the Home 350. The only downside is the preset buttons are a bit tricky to use, and they only work with music accessible from the HEOS app. I subscribe to a music steaming service called DI.FM and this does not play directly on the speaker, and cannot be setup as a preset. I can play it using Airplay though. ... show more
