This silicone mat is so much better than other things I've tried as a surface for kneading dough or rolling pie crust. I ordered the smaller 24"x16" size and it's more than large enough for my purposes. While the surface feels a bit sticky to the touch because it's silicone, flour and dough do not stick to it. Unlike waxed paper or foil it did not slide around on the counter nor come up when you lift dough. I've already used it to make yeast rolls and it worked wonderfully. I wish I'd had this years ago. It will probably also be a good surface for cooling candy clusters, etc. It is thin and very flexible, so I cleaned it while it was on my counter by wiping it with a sudsy dishcloth and rinsing it several times with a rinsed dishcloth, as I would my counter, instead of trying to wash it in the sink or dw. I then wiped it dry with a clean dish towel and let it air dry a little before rolling or folding it for storage. It also has helpful markings and charts printed on it. Well worth the small cost even if you only use it a few times a year. It makes working with dough so much easier.

This thing is awesome! Lay it on the counter it doesn't move. I love the measurements on it , it is so easy to clean I am so glad I bought this product. I recommended it to anyone! The quality is amazing!

I am using it as a cheap alternative for a heat resistant (up to +460°F ), easy to clean and non-slip pad for under my Air fryer. Once it is cut to size... no one will know and it protects your counter.

It’s easy to clean up and makes everything that was too much for me to bake my own baking goods. No messy counter to clean before and after. I wish I had know this mat existed long ago. Price is right, too. Highly recommend!
