I placed them underneath my kitchen cupboards to add extra light and it completely elevated the look of my kitchen. I love these lights and I love that they can change colors. It has a remote and the remote already has a battery so you just need to purchase AA batteries for the lights. They aren’t rechargeable. The lights are super bright if your AA batteries are fully charged and damper as the batteries die. Then you switch out the batteries and super bright again. They were extremely easy to install and super easy to change out. Just stick them where you want them and unscrew the bottom to change out the batteries. No need to unstick or restick. So far work great. I added them to the basement stairs so when lights are off the pod lights are on. Love the different colors and brightness and two remotes are great. One for upstairs one for down. We recently researched the need for task lighting in our new kitchen. We watched a Youtube video about remote control puck lights. These were reasonably priced and fit our needs. The adhesive stickers were not entirely adequate to mount the lights. My husband ended up using screws to make the lights more secure. That said, the lights and their remotes are exactly what we needed for our kitchen. They extend below the cabinets but they are not unsightly. In my quest to add some illumination to an artificial plant display positioned high up in my kitchen, I sought out the BLS Stick on Closet Puck Lights with a remote control. Having a remote control was especially appealing given the display's location nearly 10 feet in the air. In this review, I will share my experiences with this product, highlighting its pros and cons. Pros: Convenient remote control: The inclusion of a remote control was a significant advantage for my lighting needs. It made operating the lights in a high, out-of-reach location remarkably convenient. This feature simplified the process of turning the lights on and off without the need for a ladder or physical access to the lights themselves. Easy setup: Setting up the lights was a straightforward process. I found it easy to attach them to the desired surfaces, allowing for quick installation. The user-friendly setup ensured that I could begin using the lights promptly. Cons: While my experience with the BLS Stick on Closet Puck Lights was generally positive, I did encounter a few drawbacks: Remote connectivity issues: I experienced some challenges with the remote control's connectivity to all the lights. Unless I was very deliberate about the direction in which I pointed the remote, it struggled to communicate with all the lights effectively. This inconvenience required me to adjust my aim carefully when using the remote. Inconsistent light activation: After setting up the lights, I attempted to turn them all on using the remote. To my disappointment, all lights illuminated except one. Rectifying this required me to stretch and reach high, making it a less-than-ideal experience. Overall the lights work well I like that I can adjust the brightness and color. One of the light doesn’t work unfortunately and you do have to really point the remote at each individual light for it to get the signal.
