We’ve been a long time Blink camera user. We have had the xt2 cameras and door bell in three different houses without issue. We decided to upgrade to the Outdoor 2k’s for better video quality and it’s been a massive pita. The first three cameras we ordered would not connect to the sync module. Tech support said there is a known issue and sent three new cameras. The new cameras connect great for about a week. Then all disconnect at the same time. When I power cycle them, they go back into what seems to be programming mode yet they will not reconnect to the sync module. I let them sit for a day or so and give it another try. They all connect perfectly fine for about a week and the same issue happens again. Tech support now says it’s my wireless network. These cameras clearly have a lot of issues. And now I wish I could get a refund and go to a different system. Sadly I threw away my xt2 cameras and am now stuck with these garbage cameras.

Cameras are great, Video Doorbell is terrible and they know it. A large amount of the Doorbells are bad and constantly disconnect from network. They make you jump through hoops and then do nothing about it. My guess is that there are so many bad ones that they don't have enough to replace them. Old doorbell/cam words great.
