Si eres de LATAM y te preguntabas si valía la pena comprar esta laptop reacondicionada premium, a mi TMB me dio miedo. Pero viendo que en Costa Rica la versión 256gbs costaba $1800 USD y en Panamá $1500, encontrar está en $998 + $17 de envío a Panamá fue una buena apuesta. Esta versión es la de 512 + 8 de RAM y venía en una caja idéntica a una nueva pero sin la imagen de la laptop en la parte superior. Todo lo demás igual con su cable del mismo color y cargador. Nada de muestras de uso ni rasguños. Lo que ves en las fotos es como se ve con mi uso dos meses después. Es muy rápida y ligera. Lo malo es estarla limpiando pero entre el stand de Moft y el skin que le comprare, no habrá problemas. ... show more

I’m not really quite sure how this is premium grade. Laptop I received won’t turn on. Charger is off-brand and won’t work either. Grease stain on the space bar, screen, and webcam. No manual included. I was offered a $25 GIFT CARD by customer support and was told to buy my own charger and they would issue a refund for the new charger. Went on the Best Buy website to find a charging cord and they have a brand new, better quality model for cheaper than what I paid for “premium” quality. Absolutely embarrassing. Save yourself the hassle and buy a brand new one 🤣 ... show more

It was delivered on time & in great condition. The packaging is Apple. I couldn’t tell anything at all that would indicate that it was a refurbished product. It looked brand new. I have purchased four MacBooks in various sizes and configurations over the past 15 years and with the exception of the word “refurbished” on the box, I wouldn’t have been able to tell. Great buy.     • It's the CHARGER!!!! Don't return it before checking the charger!!!
I ordered my computer and received a brick on delivery. Nothing. Not a flickering light. Could not turn it on. Could not charge it. Not even a 1% charge to light up my screen to tell me the computer needs charging. I returned it immediately (bc I need it for work) and, with questionable logic, ordered another one. Same exact problem. "Order the same broken thing twice, shame on me." THIS TIME, in trying to arrange the return, I stumbled on the tech support and HAPPENED to have time to speak about my frustration and somehow, trouble shooted our way though it enough to realize that it looks like there are BADLY REFURBISHED CHARGERS (more specifically - charger cords) floating around, but the computers seem to be fine. Here is how to fix it: From your charger (that comes with the computer): IF nothing happens to you computer (= BRICK), take off mag charger and replace with USB-c to USB-c cord from charger to computer (this makes total sense when you have the charger/computer in hand). IF YOUR COMPUTER CHARGES, order the following product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D7ZDB91H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It is called the: USB-c to Magnetic 3 cable compatible with MagSafe Charging for ..... (you don't need the rest). While you contact customer service and request that that be sent to you free of charge bc they sent you a faulty charger, you can still charge your computer with the USB-c to USB-c cord that you hopefully have floating around your house.     • Non- Apple Charger, Didn't charge computer
After receiving my computer with a charger that didn't work, I decided to start the return process since I wasn't sure if the computer would turn on at all. I made a trip to Best Buy that cost me over $100 to get a new apple charger for the computer, thankfully it turned on. I'm happy Amazon Renewed sent a functioning computer, but just keep in mind when buying this product that you may need to get a new charger, or simply return the product. I decided it was worth the risk to get a new charger considering the return process with Amazon is lengthy, and I wasn't prepared to go 30 days without my refund or a computer. Overall, the experience stressed me out, but grateful to have a renewed Macbook in perfect condition. ... show more

The computer looks in perfect condition, yet the charger doesn’t work or the computer isn’t taking a charge. My only option is to see if a different charger will work, or return the entire computer and wait a month for my money back. I’m extremely dissatisfied that Amazon doesn't ensure their products are functional before selling. Apple also can’t help so if you’re looking for real tech support, I don’t recommend buying through Amazon Renewed.
