It’s easy to install. It came with all you need to stick the light where you want it to. I consider the power cord a little too big so it’s hard to hide. It’s not as bright as I thought it would be. I like that I can dim the light but the color temperature is always the same. It has a good length.

We originally got this with the intent to use it under the kitchen's top cupboards to light up the countertop work-space area; however, after receiving the product, seeing it's flexibility and quality, and coming up with more ideas for its use, we decided to use it along the main-floor stairway. It is draped around and stays in place in its current configuration without any formal installation (tape, clips, other items it comes with for more permanently affixing). The product lights up the space on both sides of the open stairwell, along the floor in the living room area as well as along the steps themselves where the stairway is opened into the living space (see images). The control is sensitive, so it took a few times to get the dimmer vs brighter light. Additionally, we found that it operated differently when plugged directly into the electrical outlet / socket vs having it plugged into a "smart plug" receptacle for remote operation. We anticipate getting another for one or more other areas of the house, given how flexible the material is and the brightness and quality of the light it generates in areas where we like to have more light yet keep it somewhat subtle rather than directly shining on certain surfaces, walls, or ceilings. ... show more

I love everything about this LED vanity mirror strip light. It's everything. I love the look the it gives in my space. They are so easy to install. I purchased because I wanted that lighting around my mirror and this was the easiest way to achieve that look. This light strip is self-adhesive, doesn't get any easier than that. You can put them anywhere you like. The light has a switch that contrthe lighting and brightness. They give that glam look. You may have to use a different kind of adhesion, meaning stronger, as mine fell done once. But other than that, they are perfect. A great value, nice and durable. I highly, highly recommend. The light has definitely given my space a nice ambience. This would make wonderful gift, especially for a girlie girl. ... show more

Easy to turn an existing mirror into a "professional" make-up light, but first measure before you order. If the mirror is very large, you should consider getting the 13 foot size. If the mirror is very mall follow the directions on how to trim to size. Start the installation at the top of the mirror and then run it over to the sides so they are even. place the backing tape on the mounting clips and install first. The insert the light strip. Besides the mounting pieces of tape, screws are included to screw the clips to a wooden frame (I can't comment on this method of installation as the mirror doesn't have a frame. ... show more

This is not dimmable as the item description says and it also doesn’t have a white cord like the pictures betray. Which the black clashes with my bathroom as my fixtures are white. Also not very bright.
