The media could not be loaded. Oh this would have been perfect if it could juice. But upon blending its whole such as kale or apples, you can strain the juice in a metal net strainer to extract the juice from the pulp. No complaints! I like this blender a lot, I was very skeptical at first and was about to return it due to the blending noise, but changed my mind as I got accustomed the sound very quickly. I also had to factor in the fact that the loud sound is due to the powerful motor. I also purchased this after returning a more expensive Ninja blender which cracked on first use. This product has not cracked malfunctioned since my first use and continues to perform well. I have never owned a blender that does the job this one is capable doing. It blends frozen ingredients, cilantro, and fresh ingredients with ease. Personally I would have preferred to have a glass container over plastic but it does such a great job I can overlook that.
