The fan isn’t loud enough to block background conversations, but puts out enough airflow to cool you off. The build quality is good against drops from about 4 or so feet. I purchased this for when I was in labor and I ended up using it my whole pregnancy and in labor. Honestly, if I had to pick between an epidural and this fan, I would pick this fan. Sadly, (and i mean full on tears) I lost in the post-baby trying-to-keep-everything-together post-baby haze. I purchased this again to help combat dermatomyositis symptoms and while I still love it, the battery life doesn't last nearly as long as the previous one. It lasts a half hour tops after being charged fully. I try and keep it charged all the time. Regardless, I still love it. It was very helpful in the hospital when it was in the high 90s and the AC wasnt working and am a huge fan. 100% would buy again and have suggested to many friends who also loved it. ... show more

It comes with a USB-C charging cable, it is sturdy and has clean lines. It has three fan levels and it's not that noisy at all. It's bladeless and the air output is really good across the whole device. It charges quickly. When you wear it around your neck, it's not heavy at all and my long-ish hair doesn't get caught in it.
