Just opened it up for Christmas, and am contemplating returning it. Parts bubble package was missing parts, there were fasteners scattered in the box, the starter push button was broken, and there are numerous dents/scratches on the cover/grill body. I wish I had read the reviews on the Blackstone website...none of these issues are uncommon. For a product that everyone raves about for it's utility and functionality, their quality control is what I would expect for a 3rd world con artist company. So much for the "Made in America" pride. Do better! ... show more
