I had ordered this for a trip. It comes with 2 different sets of brackets. I had 5 of one type of bracket and 3 of the other. Clearly the manufacturer made a messup. The one set of brackets I had more of ate into my paint so I contacted to manufacturer to get the 1 bracket I was missing. I provided them all the info they asked for. They wrote back saying they don't sell on amazon and asked for more info on the seller. My order says sold and shipped by amazon. So I am stuck with this junk now. terrible experience ... show more

    • Does not actually lock to the vehicle
This system has locks, but they are only to hold the end cap on. They do not lock the towers to the vehicle. I was able to remove this system from my truck in under 45 seconds, without unlocking anything or opening up a single door. I am also doubtful that these racks would stay secure with the mechanism that is used to tighten it to the vehicle. However, if you don't like the noise that roof racks create while driving, this is a good system if you want to remove from your roof when not in use. ... show more

    • If you must return the item expect a 50% restocking fee!
I was initially excited to get this rack for my 2022 Ranger, but to my surprise when attempting to install I realized it does not fit my vehicle. After returning the item via UPS I was incredibly surprised to find that the seller charged a 50% restocking fee for this never used item. At more than $400 for this rack, thats not an insignificant amount of money to go without. Save your time and frustration and pay a bit more to buy Yakima or Thule from a reputable seller. ... show more
