This product is a WINNER in my eyes. My family and I used a 4 slot toaster for many years and found that thicker slices of bread or bagels would get stuck in the slots. With the toaster oven we never have that problem. It's also very easy to clean. Thank you.

Nice finish and dials. Takes some getting used to in strength/timing. One design miss is that the wire rack is not connected to the door so does not pull out when you open the door. That makes the items in the back harder to take out.

The unit works very well but the outside get very hot. My old unit was better insulated. I also don't like the toaster knob. You have to turn it past the #10 then back to your desired setting. There is also no cancel button if you wish to turn it off prior to your previous setting.

This oven is almost exactly like the B&D I had previously that finally gave out after years of good service. I'm able to use this small appliance rather than heat up the big oven for a lot of things. Keep an eye on the toaster--it toasts quickly. I like the old school dials.

This toaster oven is outfitted with infrared heat tubes which are mostly found in units costing much more. Though the controls are simple they are adequate. Oven has performed well for all uses so far.
