Absolutely love this drill. Pretty solid in build, and easy to drill through most things. The only thing that took a (long) while for me to drill through was a darn porcelain tile. In all honesty, I might not have been using the correct bit for that surface. Battery life is pretty good but of course is dependent on use, and it has decent power. Certainly worth it! ... show more

The B&D cordless drills are great drill for basic, around the house jobs. For example, putting up blinds on windows. I even used it for putting in composite decking on my front porch. I do not recommend it for jobs that require very fast drills as this will not be powerful enough. For example, if you need to use large 1 inch bits, this drill will struggle with harder woods. ... show more

I had an old one for over 20 years it was still working okay but I saw this on Amazon had to buy another. It's saved time and money well installing my kitchen and bathroom new cabinets. It cut the time in half instead of changing the bit every couple of minutes. Even if you're just using a screw gun it's good to have two just switch out instead of having to wait to charge the battery. Totally recommend this product. The new one is just as good or a little better than the old one I have. I love the fact it has the light when you push the button that highlights where you are screwing and makes it easier to see. Totally recommend this product to anyone who uses a screw gun. Even nice to have around the house for everyday projects. ... show more

The Black & Decker 20V MAX Cordless Drill I bought from Amazon has helped me to complete several projects this year. Before I purchased it, I already had other Black & Decker equipment which use the 20V battery with which I have been pleased. The drill works like a charm. It has given me no reason to say anything negative against it. Being able to use a cordless drill has made work so much easier. The battery works a long time before needing a recharge, and I have never had to replace a battery during a project. No, it is not the top of the line cordless drill on the market, but it is quite affordable and meets my needs perfectly, and so recommend it as a very acceptable tool to acquire. ... show more

This drill/driver is great for jobs around the house, woodworking shop, and remodeling and building projects of all kinds. Cordless, (no more extension cords). This will replace my last Black & Decker which finally quit after years of great service. Easy bit change with keyless chuck, small light for dark places, ‎Variable Speed which is great, ‎1 Lithium Ion battery, and bit storage. An additional battery would make this even better, of course I noticed the replacement batteries are very reasonably priced. Definitely a 5 star tool, 10 stars if I could.
