I bought two of these in March. Shipping was fast, did not open them until yesterday when we was about to set them up. They were supposed to be NEW, I did not order USED. They cool well, however the filter on one was used and dirty, and the other was missing the window duct attachment. Too far out to submit a return, and not getting anywhere with the Black and Decker website for replacement parts yet. Otherwise good product, lesson learned on check the boxes on arrival. This is a great unit for a room. Don't expect it to cool your living room or a large master bedroom. Take some measurements to make sure. 350 sq. Feet. Keeping that in mind you will be satisfied with how well it cools and how fast. The wifi smart technology is an advantage. You can turn it on from wherever and get it going before you get home. It has a cool swing blade for great circulation. The dehumidifier is a neat feature but the reservoir fills up really quick. You'll need the hose that it comes with and a drip pan or bucket if you want to be using this feature for awhile. Installation is easy and quick. I can't stress this enough. Wait 24 hours before use! This is important. Be patient. I highly recommend it especially for the price. Awesome product. You can't go wrong. ... show more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is NOT a review of Black and Decker products but of the Amazon experience. Came previously opened and packaged incorrectly. Box was in horrible shape. When opened it was missing parts and did not work. Clearly someone else had returned it perhaps for the not working portion and it had simply been poorly re-boxed and sent back out to the next poor sucker to buy it, me. The product itself I purchased a few years ago for my garage office and its now cooling my office upstairs. It remains a stable good purchase. I like this Air Conditioner and it cools my bedroom but the reason why I did not give it five stars is because it is loud. It was very easy to install. I am using it in my bedroom and it is hard to sleep. It was good for the price, love the remote and the size of the unit. I suggest buying it but not for a small bedroom. ... show more

This is an amazing unit. We live in a town home. This unit is being used in an upstairs bathroom. The main unit is 40 years old and does not cool the upstairs. That part of the home is 85 or better during the summer months. It is so easy to use love the remote and it has an app too. The room stays at 67 degrees now and the upstairs is now at 72 with just this one unit . There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on that floor ... show more
