    • Easy Clean Up
Style: Cordless + Vac
Love this product! - The battery works long enough to clean my entire apartment (living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom), I’ve never had it die in the middle of a cleaning. - I love that the dry debris is dry when you’re done cleaning, it effectively mops floors without having to do the pre-work of vacuuming and there’s no yuck to clean up when you’re done. - It is easy to use, I love the swivel head and the fact that the entire machine can lay flat to get under furniture. - this is not for carpet - hard floors only, although it handles small areas of my thin ply rugs just fine. - this does not suck up any liquids, it is effectively a mop that can simultaneously pick up hair, cat litter, and crumbs. All in all I think this is a great product and would highly recommend! ... show more

    • Not worth it
Style: Cordless + Vac
No stars, if I could. The first time I ever bought anything used and it was a mistake. It didn’t come w/ the cleaner, didn’t work that great, and when I went to return it I had to pay $50 for a bigger box, as once u insert the handle u can’t take if off to fit the original box!! Boo, never again, no stars for this seller ... show more

    • Won’t buy Bissell again.
Style: Cordless + Vac
I gave it one start because I loved this thing for about a year. Now, it sat for a couple of months and I cannot get cleaner to spray out the bottom. It will only vacuum. I tried calling and was told it is out of warranty so too bad. The lady in the phone kept telling me things I already tried and didn’t even know the product. Now, I’m annoyed. ... show more

    • Excellent and then disappointing
Style: Cordless + Vac
Exceeded my expectations at first and then one and the second spinner on the bottom stopped. We tried to take it apart but one of the screws would not even come out so we cannot fix this. For not even 5 months using once a week this is not worth the price.

    • Decent job for the $, battery life could be improved
Style: Cordless + Vac
First time use was a bit of a struggle. It took quite an effort for the mop to have water come out of it. After I began using it, it glided with ease across the ceramic and laminate flooring and did a good job cleaning. It did not big up larger debris, really nothing more than dust and animal hair was picked up. I have a rather small house with ceramic floor in the kitchen and dining room and laminate in the living room and hallway. The battery was fully charged for more than 24 hours prior to use and barely made it through the few spaces. Even with the struggles and low battery life, I do find this does a decent job for the money I paid, since I got it on a lightning deal. ... show more

    • Scrubs very well
Style: Cordless + Vac
I really like this machine it really scrubs the dirt off the floor, especially stuck on dirt. You need to wet the pads before you put them on though because it takes the water a while to get to the pads having said this, this machine broke after three months, one of the wheels broke and won’t spin, I can still use it, but obviously it’s not as effective. I called Bissell and they’re sending me a new cross wave which isn’t the same machine. but they don’t have the parts for this one. So why at your own risk? ... show more
