    • I use it for pet accidents
My dog has bathroom issues and goes in the house everyday! It is so angering even though I know he can’t help it because I refuse to have a home that smells like pet urine and this product allows me to have a fresh smelling home and unstained carpet with the a third of the effort as cleaning by hand. • DON’T USE THE CLEANER IT COMES WITH. I use vinegar, laundry softener and detergent, an enzyme cleaner, and water. I find that my own mixture works better than the cleaner that it comes with and it smells better too. The cleaner they provide seems to be a waste of money and only lasts a handful of uses. • SUCTION/DRYING was not as I had expected. In the videos that I watched it seems like the suction was so strong that you only had to pull it in the direction you wanted it, however that was not the case. You have to push down pretty hard and drag it if u want to get any water out of your carpet or upholstery. The harder you push down the more water you will able to suck up. Don’t expect your items to be completely dry after using this. I would put a fan on in the room and it should be dry within 24/48 hours depending on the fabric. • SPRAY NOZZLE is great and I love that you can easily push u while you scrub, however it doesn’t make it slightly difficult to scrub without accidentally hitting the spray button. Nothing is more aggravating that suctioning the same area over and over again just to accidentally spray it down again when u finally almost got it dry!!! *OVERSPRAY* (or wide range spray field) which is great for a larger area or an overall soak but for smaller areas it seems like you are suctioning a 12”x12” spot when u only intended to spray a 4”x4” spot. For smaller area get closer to the carpet to avoid suctioning what u didn’t need to for forever! *TROUBLE SHOOT NOZZLE* if your nozzle isn’t spraying than you probably filled the solution too high. There is a line marked “water” that you should no go over. I’ve noticed if I go over even a hair the nozzle doesn’t want to work. Also if u refill your cleaner and the nozzle isn’t working then try just pressing the button for a minute and it should kick on if it isn’t too full. UPDATE 10/22: it has started leaking and making a mess…every time I clean it makes a bigger mess…not happy anymore. ... show more

I seldom take the time to leave a written product review but I’m very impressed with this little green machine; from the name to the convenience and performance. It’s super easy to use, to clean and to store. It’s primarily meant for quick spot cleaning but it wouldn’t be too much trouble to do a larger section of the floor. I SO wish this were available when I was in college and renting all the time. It would have paid for itself in returned security deposits after just one party. ... show more

We’ve had this for some time now and I swear this amazing little green machine has saved my white carpets more times than I’d like to admit!
