I clean professionally and used this machine to agitate solution into commercial low pile carpet with brushes. It worked excellent as it's not heavy, it's fast and easy to operate. easy to clean. disassembles into pieces for easy transportation. Nice long cord. comes with extra pads for polishing tiles. 1200rpm rotating brushes is also great for encap cleaning.

Works well so far (on sheet vinyl). Smaller and lighter than I expected but it does a decent job. "Commercial" is in the name, but this is for residential use - wouldn't expect this to survive in a business environment. Although it says right on the machine to not add any weight to it to avoid extra stress on the motor, it cleans much better with a 5# dumbbell riding on the head. Otherwise there doesn't seem to be enough contact with the floor due to its low weight. The two round brushes spin in opposite directions, so it doesn't wander. You'll still be on your hands and knees for corners and baseboards. I would buy this again.

This is an interesting machine. I have a Bissell Spinwave that I absolutely LOVE and recommend, but I needed something that would scrub my dirtier tile floors with stuck on food and stains. This one caught my eye because of the scrub brush attachments. I don’t use it commercially, so I can’t speak to its durability in that setting, but I can say that this is marketed for home use under another brand called Eubank, lol, (which is also available on Amazon), so I suspect this is more for home use or commercial “housekeeping”cleaners vs large hospital-sized cleaning. The main reason I say that is the tiny pads. They’re a third of the size of Spinwave. It would take you forever to clean a large building, and probably even a large home for that matter. I have all hard floors at home, so I like these types of machines. My first test was applying my floor finish after mopping. I was underwhelmed. Usually, I use my Spinwave and it’s fantastic. This one required me to use more product (which is not good) and left wheel tracks as I moved from row to row on the floor. The Spinwave doesn’t do that, it doesn’t have wheels at all, so no tracks in my finish. :) I’m going to only use this for cleaning and scrubbing my tile floors going forward, like I originally planned, not for floor finishes. I also dislike not having a power button. When I try to turn it off by raising and locking the handle, whatever part of the floor it’s on at that moment gets messed up while I’m fumbling around trying to get it to stop. None of these are issues with the Spinwave. I don’t recommend this unless you need it for the deep clean brush option. Spinwave is better for general home use cleaning and applying finishes. It’s also much more user friendly. I wish they’d make a commercial model of Spinwave with the brush attachment. Oh la la.

The machine was working great...I was using it to apply Woca maintenance oil at my house. After about 45 minutes of use (not straight...off and on to move rooms, etc...) the motor decided not to turn on anymore. It was perfect for the requirement, but the motor is not right...I called Bissell and they said to go back through Amazon. Hopefully, it will be replaced.

I love this product. It is very easy to use. It comes with a different pads that you need to clean the floor. It has pretty long cord so that you can clean a lot of floor and not have to keep plugging your machine in It is not very loud. I really like it!

This scrubber is very lightweight. It works ok, but the issue is that I have to pour water/cleaner on the floor, use the scrubber to scrub the area, then soak the remaining water/cleaner up with a mop. So it is a very labor intensive process. I did realize that this didn't contain a water/cleaner tank when I purchased it, so it is my fault for ordering it.

Our stone tiles have a very porous surface and have always been a nightmare to mop and clean. We can never get it fully clean with 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and endless foot traffic. Purchased this with the hopes that the spinning brush action would help get into the tiny cracks and grooves and at least break up the years worth of trapped dirt. We plan on using this periodically with swifter between for maintenance. First impressions: it’s super easy to assemble and use. Just let it glide back and forth and let it scrub under its own power. For half the price of more expensive versions, I’d say this did exactly what I hoped and more. Did more effective cleaning in 5 minutes than I’ve been able to do in hours spent over the course of years. Very very pleased.
