Things to know: Setup: Easy It comes in about five pieces, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. You could honestly put it together without it, if you wanted too. Weight: Medium It is about 15 lbs. not light by any means, but not the heaviest vacuum either. It definitely feels like a quality piece. It is overall easy to maneuver considering its weight. Maneuverability: Easy It steers really nicely, and pushed easily on several types of floors. Have tried it on carpet, rugs, hardwood floors and tile. There is an adjustment for different floor types if you need it, I was able to keep it on the middle setting for all of these. I do with the cord was slightly longer I did have to pull it into a few different outlets throughout my house to get into every room, I love the sled retractable feature though. Suction: Strong It picked up my hair with ease, we do not have pets but I assume it would work well for that also, it picked up things the size of quarters, and as small as sand. Let me start by saying I have a Golden Retriever… if you know, you know. If you don’t know, this means I am vacuuming pretty much every day. OOF. I have had my eye on the updated model of this vac for several months. (I have an older model and everything has been amazing BUT the cord was not retractable and was showing major signs of wear from looping and accidentally running over). When I saw the price drop on a Prime Day Deal, I jumped on it. Favorite things: -retractable cord -cord clip at the top of the handle (so you don’t run it over- which is why I replaced my old vac for this one) -great suction on rugs and hardwood -bagless and VERY easy to clean -easy to maneuver -handle with quick release to access high (ceiling fan, molding, etc) or tricky areas (under stove, next to refrigerator) ... show more

I am thoroughly impressed with this vacuum cleaner! I keep a clean house, but had noticed my previous vacuum cleaner didn’t seem to be doing the job (you know, how you find yourself vacuuming over the same spot multiple times and end up just reaching down to pick up fuzz or a string). I ordered this because of reviews I read on Amazon. I had just cleaned my house a day before (for my granddaughter’s birthday party) and couldn’t wait to see if it would clean better. Boy, did it! I thought about taking photos of the cat hair it pulled out of my rugs, but I’d be embarrassed that people would think I never clean. I do!! Even my husband was amazed when I showed him what was in the canister. If you have pets, this is the vacuum cleaner for you! I really like how easily and how well it works. I also love the retractable cord. Just push a button and it swooshes in! I’m looking forward to using it and knowing that my house is really clean. ... show more

Anyone who knows me, knows I take my vacuum choice seriously. This one was easy to assemble and is super easy to use. I LOVE the retractable cord which, is long so I don’t have to keep unplugging and moving it. The suction is strong and this vacuum cleans dirt I didn’t even know was there. The attachments are useful and stay attached to the vacuum during use. Some vacs have attachments that constantly fall off which drives me crazy. I like the way the vacuum gets under beds and furniture. I think the swivel technology helps. Emptying the canister is straightforward and fast so, I do it empty every time I use it. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5, is that the canister doesn’t always attach back to the vacuum correctly. There is not a feature where it clicks into place. It kind of does but, I find it sometimes isn’t exactly right and falls off. Even with that flaw, I’d absolutely recommend and purchase this vacuum again. ... show more

Familiar with the model is very similar to my last vacuum which lasted quite a few years to my surprise. I almost did not buy this through Amazon cuz I was afraid it would come disassembled and very difficult to put together. Nothing can be further from the truth. It did not come any more disassembled than it would have if I had walked into Target or Walmart or Home Depot. Except I did not have to carry it from my car to the door and from the store to my car which was nice. I have a German shepherd, I waited to vacuum all week to put this to the test. As soon as I got it I unboxed and put it right to use…. Let me say… for the price best vacuum 100% with my dog I vacuum daily typically emptying it and going over the same spot multiple times. This vacuum allowed me to vacuum 1 time without having to backtrack multiple times. 20/10 recommend ... show more

I own a Dyson, I was never really impressed with it. We have two "mostly" indoor black labs! During Prime I ordered a this Bissell. I'm ashamed how much dog hair and dirt this machine picked up. It's light weight and much more powerful! Out of all my Prime Day shopping this was my best purchase!

This has been a game changer for my wife. We live most of the year in a tropical location with no carpets, only ceramic tile. She had never used a vacuum before. I believe she was more impressed with this than the new car! Works great on the tile floors, light weight, easy to move around.
