    • A nice portable cordless hand vac with great suction power!
I bought this primarily to keep in my car so I could handily keep my car clean but after trying out the power brush I decided to keep it in my house instead so I could clean up small messes that would’ve been a pain to drag out my large vacuum for. I found it especially useful for cleaning the carpet on my stairs. Using my large house vacuum meant setting it up for the stairs and then dragging it up and down the stairs which is a chore in itself since it is very heavy and cumbersome but this little gem does the job very well! I have a short haired dog and found with its powerful suction and power brush it picked up his hair very well with little getting stuck in the bristles. And if hair does build up in the bristles, the head dissembles easily for cleaning. I will still use it for my car, just bring it out with me as needed or I may just buy another one for my car! Being made in China I was surprised at the quality which shows that Bissell is keeping a close eye on its production. I own several Bissell products; a large carpet cleaner, a spot bot and now this and have always been happy with Bissell products. They are good quality, packed with features and last a long time if properly cared for. Besides the suction and tools, I also like the style and color combination. The clear dirt cup on the top and sides make it easy to see that it’s doing it’s job and when it needs to be emptied. The instruction manual is concise and ONLY written in ENGLISH and properly written given that it’s printed in China. I do have to give it a couple of minor zonks though... I wish that they also included a small hose so it can clean areas of my vehicle more easily and second, I wish it came with a carry bag. If I do keep it in my car I’d rather keep it in a bag rather that the cardboard box it came in. I’m going to check Amazon to see if someone sells these items but the absence of these items shouldn’t hamper you from deciding to but this great little vacuum! Bought it used like new, & it came already charged; bonus! I cleaned my carpeted stairs with it & pulled a ton of lint out. See pictures. Who knew all that was lurking in my already clean looking stairs? Easy to use & made quick work of the job. Did still have to get on my knees to get the landing. The power button does keep inadvertently getting pushed & turning off the vacuum due to its position. I love the mesh screen filter protector; keeps the hepa filter fairly clean, & lint just rolls right off like a dryer filter. Very smart! I realized later, some fine dust & lint does still get through to the hepa filter after all, but not much. There's also a black sponge filter to protect the motor, as a last defense, which didn't get any dirt on it. No dirt made it past the hepa filter. Great engineering! I'm so impressed, & so glad I bought this. Some things I haven't seen in any other reviews so far are the following: The reason the motorized brush attachment drains the battery so much faster, is because it's electronically driven. It connects via two metal nodes. My Dyson's motorized brush attachment is suction powered. The Dyson's attachments, including the upholstery one actually fit this vacuum using the adapter it comes with. This vacuum's attachments, except for the electrically driven brush, all fit my Micro Shop-Vac. Nice! The crevice tool has two modes which are selected by twisting it at the base. One mode sucks dirt in through the tip, while the other sucks through the narrow, combed edge. This can be used by dragging the edge through the crevice & the comb like teeth will lossen stuck dirt and hair. The lighted wand attachment is powered by its own battery, and turns on by a button that depresses when inserted into the vacuum.     • Works as advertised
The vacuum cleaner works, nothing extraordinary but it does the job. I used it to vacuum 2 full size vehicles and the battery held up fine. Buyer beware of getting used product. I paid $79.99 for a NEW vacuum cleaner. What arrived was a box covered in brown strapping tape holding the box together. The vacuum had obviously been opened and hastily repackaged. What was worse was that it had dirt in it and the brush roller has tangled with large amounts of human hair and pieces of thread. Because of my health risks and Covid it was not worth the risk to bring it somewhere for return. I cleaned it and as stated, the vacuum works. I spend a considerable amount of money every month and have been a Prime member for many years. I expect better than that from Amazon. I try to be understanding due to the times but there is simply no excuse for getting a used, obvious returned, product and billed for a new one. ... show more

Got this primarily for my car and I am mostly dealing with sand and animal hair. It took a little over eight hours to charge prior to first use. I let the battery drain again so I could see how long subsequent charges were and it was over 6 hours. I generally get enough battery life to clean my car almost twice. I have just started charging it when I'm done with it. The suction is very good, it's very quiet (you can talk over it at normal volume), and I really like the brush attachment because it does an amazing job picking up pet hair. The adapter required for the other tools makes it a little unwieldy but not much more than a shop vac. I thought I would get the most use out of the LED crevice tool, but I use that one the least. The regular crevice tool is great for getting between the seats and the sides of the car and underneath the seats. The only thing I don't like is that the on off switch is very sensitive and I keep shutting it off on myself, but overall a great little tool. ... show more
