Yes, the bottle is small, but a little goes a long way. I shampoo scalp, use a good salon conditioner making sure every strand gets conditioner away from just away from scalp. When I rinse, and towel dry, I use a good leave in conditioner all over down to the ends. Then I dry my hair. I use the BioSilk Therapy on all of my ends. And every day I put it on my ends again to keep them sealed and from getting dry or split. I was recommended to do this process from a hairdresser because my hair had gotten so dry. I didn’t think I was able to revive it honestly.     • Great product for damaged hair
I can’t recommend this enough! I have severely dried out hair from years of using hair dye, and this product helps my hair look smooth and slick and it always feels like a dream after using. I always apply it to towel dried hair. After putting a pea to quarter sized amount in my palms, I then rub them together a few times then rub this in my hair from the ends upwards towards roots. Then I comb/brush it throughout my hair to help distribute/spread it evenly and then I style my hair or let air dry. Either way it works lovely. I have even put some on my skin and it felt so smooth and silky. Highly recommended !! It just works differently than leave in conditioners. Both are nice to use , but this makes my hair shine unlike anything else I’ve tried. Do yourself a favor and at least try the trial size. You’ll be glad you did. *** I do recommend using just a little amount to begin with and you can add more if needed because to much of this might weigh hair down. Start small and build up.
