I received my vanity damaged, the mirror was spiderwebbed. Either the handling/transportation was negligent or the manufacturer has poor quality control. YITAHOME offered no assistance with this issue. Ive scheduled two separate pick ups with Amazon to return the item, because no one showed up to pick it up the first time. I waited at home for the entire time frame of the scheduled pick up, 11am-8pm (9 hours), for absolutely nothing. No one called, knocked, or rang the doorbell. Last but not least, the materials for the vanity are cheap. I wouldn’t waste my time ordering anything of this magnitude from Amazon or YITAHOME ever again. ... show more

    • No instruction manual, missing pieces
They're is no instruction manual and I would have even settled for a pdf to download but can not seem to find one been searching for hours. Comes in a million pieces, and missing hardware to attach draw sliders to drawers. So I really don't have an idea of what all pieces i have or missing. Just overwhelming to have to go through the hoops of contacting the manufacturer who is really no help. More than likely will send back. This is ridiculous ... show more

I do not love it and it was a big project.Takes hours as you have to put everything together.You need to use wood glue with it so it's sturdy for a long time.I found the storage to be very small.There are only a couple that are deep at all.Looks nice once together but be sure it's what you want because if you put this together you won't want to try and return.If you are not good at building .I would not buy.Former contractor put this one together and he said it's a tedious pain. ... show more

    • Do not purchase, horrible quality, unstable.
Can't tell you what the vanity is like, no instructions in the box. Manufacturer emailed instructions. Multiple parts didn't line up. Made several adjustments. Once everything was put together the vanity rocked side to side. Highly disappointed.

Its very cumbersome to install it. But its numbered well . Its just time consuming . The stool was very small and short as compared to the height if the actual dressing table.

    • You get what you pay for
The wood is cheap and it was cracking when assamble and it has glue residue on the drawer, the best thing about it is the mirror and the instructions. They need to place level studs for the drawer rails, and another support at the bottom so it won't move side to side.

Was great until putting the drawers in pre drilled holes did not match up creating frustrating process getting things lined up. Had to make new holes
