What A Deal!!!! It’s a must have and budget friendly
I returned the 1rst Biobidet to Home Depot because the backside was ridiculously high! Then I realized the reason it was high was it held a water tank of heated water. This model does not use a reserve water tank! Instead it heats the water as it comes out like a tankless water heater. Perfect solution. I love the separate remote control as the models that have it on the side you can barely see the icons to press the setting you want. I would have preferred if the nozzle was just a bit longer but discovered if you just shift your butt on the seat you can get it to aim where you need it. It’s so nice that you can control temp of the seat and that the seat has that wonderful blue nightlight. Also a great feature is Eco mode to economize electricity . In the winter you want that seat warm. But if you are out all day you can press Eco icon to shut it off or if it’s summer you don’t need heated seats. Like all electric bidets the nozzle self cleans before it sprays as well as after it sprays ( so when it retracts to original position it has rinsed itself). But the best part is, if your remote gets lost or stops working you can download an app called Bemis Living and pair your phone with the Bluetooth of the toilet seat so that you can still control the functions of your bidet. One word of caution, prior to pairing make sure your blue tooth is on and most importantly, put your biobidet remote in a different room otherwise your phone will not be able to pair up with your biobidet seat. I only paid $240 for this and I love, love, love it. I paid more for my large ceiling exhaust fan with Bluetooth! You do need a GFCI outlet for this.

Worst Washlet at that price point. Disappointing
This unit isn't even worth $75. Where do I start? I got shot 9 times and they had to remove many things including my whole colon... for the rest of my life I HAVE to go to the bathroom every 2-3 hours where I defficate stomach acid that burns literal blisters on my bottom is I do not use a budet, washlet, or whet wipes within 20 seconds of relieving myself...I haven't slept in 5 years... so it's really small things that I need or look for in a budet... this model way over-sold its capabilities and quality. 1. The heat sensor on the seat never works so the toilet seat ISN'T warm 2. The touch sensor on the remote is even worse and you have to touch, bump, press till you hear the little motor starting 3. Even selecting turbo wash, takes a solid 13 seconds to start squirting cold water that gets luke warm 5 seconds before it cuts off again. ITS SO SLOW then doesn't perform. 4. The seat never secures tight enough to the bowl for it to not move positions on you. 5. The water flow was embarrassing and the worst part about this item. This is a cold washlet that does not wash off anything from your rear because the processor they use can't handle the work load. Everything lags and if you accidently press 2 buttons at the same time the seat will not stop squirting until you lean off the pot to unplug it. I had to go to the hospital after purchasing the seat and missed the return window...so I gave it a real effort and I'm stuck with something I would NEVER endorse.

Great product
Had this thing for like a year and it’s absolutely exceeded my expectations. Never had an issue with it, never had the water sprayer, not be able to clean itself, nothing’s broke or worn. Installation was easy and the size is perfect, I’m 6 foot 230. It does make you feel like you’re sitting forward in the seat a little more than normal. The blow dryer and water have great heat. The water has great pressure and range of motion. But the blow dryer pressure is a little lacking and isn’t enough to fully dry. Overall, great value for money will buy from this company again.

Installation Instructions Laking Detail an Slot Washer
Product arrived in a timely manner. Instructions were lacking details on mounting to toilet bowl and also lacking oval washers. I had just removed the American Standard toilet seat and had mounting hardware and used the slot washer to secure the mounting slide plate. Screws won’t tighten properly without these washers…see pics for washers. Didn’t contact manufacturer for washers, because I had them as stated. If yours doesn’t come with washers please request them to properly install the bidet seat mounting bracket. Seat material could have been made sturdier. It fits the elongated toilet bowl perfectly once you figure out how to measure the mounting bracket by trial and error eyeballing; and lastly the night light could have a motion or light type sensor so it isn’t on constantly. Yet to be seen value for the money…how long will it work as designed.

What a Difference!
I had thought about a bidet for a while before purchasing. I didn't want to spring for all the bells and whistles, so I had previously only considered bidet attachments. But when my husband started considering a bidet as well, we decided to go with all the features we both wanted. This bidet has them all. I scoffed at the remote control and app feature at fist. Then after considering how much easier a remote is than a side control, it made more sense. The dual user feature was key for us. I have not yet set my user profile, but I will soon. I especially value the water temperature selections, seat warmer, nozzle position selection, and the dryer controls. It's made a huge difference and has the additional benefit of decreasing toilet paper use by at least half. We purchased this during the recent Prime Day sale, which made this bidet seat more affordable. But it is worth the price, even before the price drop.

Worst Bidet Ever
Bluetooth connection is terrible - installation is terrible due to the straight water line connection - water is cold not warm - no value at all for money. I sent mine back. Doesn’t work at all reliably with the app. Buy a Kohler instead, they come with a 3 year warranty instead of this piddy 1 year.

I bought the BB-1200 to replace my old USPA bidet, and it's been a major disappointment despite costing more. The remote rarely connects, even after replacing the batteries, unplugging and resetting the seat, and trying to reconnect it multiple times. Because the remote doesn't work reliably, I can't even run the nozzle cleaning function consistently. The Bluetooth app is also frustrating. It constantly glitches and makes me reconnect every time I open it. Even worse, if you aren't actively on the app screen, it won't advance through the next step of your saved presets. The heated seat doesn't seem to stay warm like my old USPA did. With the USPA, the seat was always warm and ready. On the BB-1200, it often doesn't warm up until after I've already been sitting on it for a while. The water temperature is inconsistent too. Sometimes it's warm, other times it unexpectedly turns cold, and the spray pressure is erratic from one use to the next. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied with this purchase. My older USPA provided a much better experience, was more reliable, and cost less. I expected this to be an upgrade, but it has been the opposite.
