Fittings furnished with unit defective. They say some working units should be available in a month or so and their engineers acknowleged that what they are shipping with the vacuum gauge and the digital manifold gauges i ordered don't work. So all were unusable. They offered a $30 overall discount if I would keep the defective fittings, or I could return them. I found replacement fittings from Yellow Jacket which was $25 * 3=75, plus the charging tee and adapters would be at least another $75-125 to make them all work. I made them an

Looks nice, good packaging. Just wish I was able to use it ... First time I barely pressed the power button to turn it on and it broke off the PCB board inside and is rattling around.. going to see if I can return for one without this defect hopefully and will update Update They honored the warranty and shipped s new device with little to no hassle once shown proof of defect. I will purchase many more products if theirs knowing that they will not leave me hanging. Very respectful people and to ñotch customer service

I like the product but it didn't take long for oil to get in there and start giving me weird readings. I guess it can be cleaned with mineral spirits but I don't have any at the moment to do that

No matter what I did , I could not get this to hold vacuum. Actually, I thought I had a leak in my linesets / flaring connections for the longest time. But I connected this directly to my pump and it still would not hold vacuum. Which is a shame because otherwise, it seemed to work well, and I was out of the 30 day window to return by the time I got a chance to install my minisplit and use it. I ended up taking the risk that I might have a leak in my system and releasing the refrigerant into the lines anyways , and the only reason I bought this tool was to be extra cautious in the first place , so this is a complete fail by this company to either explain how to make the tool hold vacuum or build something reliable enough that it actually holds vacuum in the first place. Ugh. Wasted 150 or whatever the tool is priced at. Get something better.
