I just got this today and there's no mounting brackets. Everything else is there. Does it not come with the metal brackets shown in the pictures?

    • Good radio for the price
I was skeptical about the purchase of this head unit at first but I am very impressed with everything that it does. The options are endless especially if you have a newer model vehicle. The only down side is the new update doesn't have the boot logos for your specific brand of car.

This is my 10 month review using the Binize Android 10 Double Din Car Stereo 10.1 Inch on a Ford F150 pick up Excellent 10 inch touchscreen display and after sales customer service. Twice after iOS updates, the iPhone did not connect properly to the unit. We contacted customer support and got the answer within one business day included, firmware upgrade and instructions. This is a step up from stock. The radio sounds good and controls are friendly after you muddle through some of the setups. Easily installed in my 02 Explorer, simply drilling 4 lateral holes into the stock bezel trim pice and screw into the radio (had to dremel 2 nubs on the radio to fit in the hole and had to find longer screws). Wiring was easy but the orange wire wasn’t explained well…it’s for the button backlighting. The screen is too bright for nighttime and not enough dimming. Day lighting is good and I don’t have glare. Downloaded a free dimming app that toned it down. Now the big BUT….it only connected to car play twice now it won’t connect saying it was “inactivated”. One drawback is when you are in car play the radio function disappears! The standard gps (google maps) is not great and WAZE was really glitchy. I had hoped to to use the iPhone navigation but again it won’t wirelessly CarPlay. Update: it is now connecting to zlink/CarPlay (seems I have to open my iPhone settings/Bluetooth every time I get in the car for it to connect). While in CarPlay I didn’t like that the radio function would stop - a work around was to download iHeartRadio radio and actually kind of liking it better as I can have a screen with radio and podcasts!. I still can’t get it to screen mirror with my iPhone? Much happier having struggled to work out the bugs. ... show more

    • Display doesn’t work if it’s below freezing
Everything great but if I walk out in the morning to start my truck the display will briefly come on and then turn back off every 15 seconds or so until the interior gets to like 40 degrees. Not great living in a cold area.

A large brilliant display. Endless possibility and options easily updated, Customer service was able to help with any technical difficulty that I had during updating or installation in real time via Facebook messenger. Would definitely buy again.

    • It works well had to get a replacement though
The media could not be loaded. Update: received a replacement and it works fine but issues of a defective radio are >Repeatedly turns on and off when car is started, grainy reverse camera(now black screen with white lines) and Spotify app wont open. The person who installed this for me doesn’t even want to work on my vehicle anymore. Emailed support no response, and last but not least apple carplay randomly disconnecting sometimes. ... show more

    • Excellent bang for the buck!
I installed this in my semi truck, and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. For the price point, this radio does almost everything that you would expect it to do. It does have a very responsive large screen, almost all the apps do work almost seamlessly. The radio app is a little bit difficult to use, as it uses a toggle wheel to find the radio station, does not auto scan or anything, but Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity all work excellent. ... show more
