It came perfectly tuned with a bag and hard case, tuning hammer, stickers, cleaning cloth, and a guide booklet. It is very high quality, especially for the price. I expected the cat face to just be a sticker, but it's actually engraved into the acrylic. It is a smaller kids' size, but I have small hands and it works perfectly for me. Got these for stocking stuffers, and I thought I had one that came with a songbook (the keys are numbered, so you sort of expect one). Sound is not bad although the deeper-toned keys don’t resonate much. The “necklace” carrier is fine to have and technically works, but I doubt many people will want to walk around wearing one of these around their necks. Not bad. Could be better. Three stars

This is my second kalimba I've purchased and I love it! My first is a standard 17 key wooden one and I wanted to get this one as well since it is more durable. Its really really beautiful! Im not at all musically gifted but it still sounds great and il already learned a few songs! Im so happy i went for this beautiful blue one. Also, it came in tuned and ready to play. Its a nice lockdown activity that keeps my eyes off a screen. Im happy! :)

The media could not be loaded. This product is awesome! It comes with a manual on how to tune though it has already been perfectly tuned. There are two little holes in the back so that it is very easy to hold while playing. It is perfect for those who love to sing on a boring day. Simple and lovable I would say!

The speed of delivery is fast. I recently saw a friend playing a thumb piano and it was very interesting, so I bought this. Although I have not learned music, this product comes with a guidebook that is useful and can be used for basic exercises. And there is something like tuning. There is also a bag that you can use when you go out. I like this product.

UPDATE: I have received an email from Bindor and they apologize for the inconvenience and will be sending another Kalimba. Excellent customer service. When I receive the replacement I will update this review again. This product is well made and beautiful. I would give this 5 stars except it seems to go out of tune very rapidly. If the seller could help with this i would elevate this to 5 stars.

We were looking for an easier instrument to introduce while homeschooling that wasn't a recorder! This product came packaged VERY nicely and included a small booklet on how to play including a couple easy songs! Very pretty and feels like it's made very well! My 7 year old picked up on it quickly and the whole family has enjoyed learning easy songs.

I'm very happy with this kalimba! Paint looks vibrant, and no visible chips on the surface. Clear sound, comfortable in hands. Only wish that the letter/note stickers it came with were smaller and pre-cut for easy peeling. They all arrived on one strip, and I'm not sure if they will fit comfortably on each individual tine. Other than that, happy with purchase.

Well built and nicely packaged. Don't make the mistake we made... the small metal hammer is for tuning not for playing. 5 minutes with a 7-year old and it took 20 minutes to tune!!
