Solid device and with some upgrades could be excellent.

It’s a beautiful machine and its solid for medium to dark roast. It would get 2 stars for light roast beans. If they made some type of insulator for the brew chamber to get higher extraction temperatures, I would bump it to 5 stars. The density of the metal on the brew chamber creates massive heat dumps which make temps above 180-190F impossible.

Nice looks and great espresso, an issue with the pressure gauge but good support from Bincoo

Revising back to 4 stars, Bincoo's customer support came through. I was able to communicate with them through their web site and they are addressing an issue I had with the pressure gauge. Original: This met all my expectations. It feels like a quality build without taking as much space up as the single lever manual espresso makers. It makes great espresso and is simple to operate. I choose it because its lack of plastic and all stainless steal espresso housing. My wife liked that it wouldn't require a long handle protruding from the counter. Hopefully it will hold up, but It appears solid, I'll report back if it has issues after months of use.

So far, so good. Getting the right pull, and pressure down takes some practice. But overall this thing is great. I went with this machine because it seems like there's no plastic involved or hot water touching plastic. I'm going to update over time since there seems to be little information/reviews about this specific espresso maker.

The internals bent :(

I have appreciated the build and beauty of the maker. It was used at home just short of one month. The quality of the drinks was exceptional. Bad news is one of the levers on the inside bent at the location of the notch. Look at their side view, it shows the lever and notch well. After bending, the lever rubs against the outer body and is shaving metal pieces. My photo shows the lever and slight bend. Sad day.... Returning the maker.

No pressure in the guage
Color: Black
$473 after tax, lots of packaging and for some reason no pressure in the pressure gauge when making espresso shots. No support videos other than a small pamphlet saying pry open the water distributor and check the O rings. Spent two hours trying to unscrew the piston and never pull the water distributor. Could be a faulty gauge or a poorly installed O rings. Guess I’ll never know.
