It came damaged and the damage did not come from the packing or shipping. The box was not damaged or there was nothing around that area, so whoever put it in the box knew they sent me a damaged product. Most probably would have sent it back, but the hassle of that and wanting to see what it do I fixed it. That's why I gave it 3 stars vs 5. The average joe could not have done the repair without ordering new parts, the assembly is easy a child could do it. There is a clear hose that will not be in the installation, that goes from your soapbox to the top of your water output port. One side of it is bigger than the other, bigger side goes on the output port. For the oil using a funnel is a must and time consuming checking it every drop. OMG! This thing is a powerhouse! I absolutely love it! The hubs put it together and I went to town using it It was a two day project for me, to powerwash the siding, all the decking and the furniture! With recent construction of the driveway the red clay dirt just ran off the surface of the siding! I am so happy with the results! With 5 interchange nozzle choices it wasn't hard to find the right nozzle for the job. They quickly snap into place, and made the job efficient and quick! Not super heavy to move around which for me is a plus! I love it and will find lots of uses for this little powerhouse! If he's lucky I may even let my hubby use it! ... show more

I like that the unit was easy to assemble in short order make sure to get some 10w-30 four cycle oil for the engine and a good fuel stabilizer and a two gallon plastic only fuel container no metal. read the directions thoroughly on adding the oil to the engine and the starting procedure and you should have no problems. My only gripe is the high pressure hose It comes with is coiled really tight and it takes a bit to get it straightened out try best you can to avoid dragging to a minimun and keep it clear of the muffler area . the design is sturdy and it doesn't bounce around and it moves easily and is compact. I didnt use the soap container that it came with I purchased a foamer that I can attach to the gun a boy does it clean it does a good job on my car. the roughly 1 gallon fuel tank gets you good operating time i didnt count the time but after 40 minutes I still had almost half a tank of fuel. the reason I got the foamer is its easier to flush out at the end and I dont have to deal with getting soap into the pressure wand it can run water through the foamer once its empty and flush it and disconnect it. ... show more
