Got everything put together and it only goes in reverse, regardless of the position the selector knob is in. The auger sounds like it has a bearing that's already gone out with a high pitched squealing noise. The engine started right up and runs great. Actually using the snow blower for it's intended purpose is impossible with the current condition out of the box. I'm working with customer support currently to get things corrected.     • Ordered for large snow. Got 10 inches
That's sucks had to shovel wet heavy snow .Not going to buy this again. Never used. First time out, to find defective drive train. Never got to touch the snow .only 1 gear 6th. No 1 thru5 and no revers. Ugh.

    • Easy assembly but missing some stuff
We got the product today and had it put together in 30 mins. The only issue is it was missing the bolts/nuts for the top cover with the gear shift. We are excited to finally have a two stage snow blower.
