I bought this chair for my wife. She has worked from home for the past 7 years. She may be sitting at her desk for up to 12 hrs a day. We bought this chair a couple weeks ago now and she says she hasn’t noticed her back hurting at all since using it. Back pain used to be an almost daily issue for her. The chair was easy to assemble. I had it together in about 30 minutes. The cylinder to raise/lower the chair is a little counterintuitive. To raise/lower the chair you have to twist the handle forward a bit as opposed to squeezing it toward the bottom of the seat. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase. We’re interested to see how it holds up long term and will update this review after we’ve used it for longer. It is a bit more expensive than some other chairs but seems to have been worth the cost to this point.

Not easy to assemble but manageable. For a chair rated for a max weight of 330, it's a bit narrow; so measure a chair in which you are very comfortable first to compare with this one.

I've been using this chair for 2 months and am happy with my purchase. After a minor issue with the assembly, that customer service was friendly and quick to resolve, the chair is solid and comfortable. The instructions and parts packaging had screws D and E swapped. Since many of these chairs are already in the Amazon warehouses, they can't easily correct the printing and packaging. If you buy this chair, just keep in mind that the shorter of D and E goes in the armrests. The longer screws are used to connect brackets A and B. Otherwise assembly was straight forward and simple using the included tools. It is only because of the packaging and printing issue that I don't give 5 stars. Update: Now that I've used this chair for a few more months, I have to say I am really disappointed in the wheels. On my vinyl plank floor, the wheels don't rotate to the direction I am trying to roll. I have to roll back and forth and in a circle all at once to get the wheels rolling in the right direction. Had to knock off another star. Otherwise the chair is good and comfortable. (2nd update): I replaced the wheels with rubber caster wheels similar to Rollerblade wheels and the chair moves perfectly. If you buy this chair, get quality replacement wheels immediately.

What drew me to this chair was that it didn't look like the typical clunky office chair. It's more streamlined yet still offers all the ergonomic features. Very comfortable and sleek. The one issue I had was that there seemed to be a part missing but the customer service email was included with the instructions. I received a reply immediately and turned out that I wasn't missing a part at all. The company had changed the design and mistakenly sent out the wrong instructions. I was able to assemble the chair in less than 30 minutes. And their customer service followed up with me to ensure everything turned out ok.

During this pandemic time, most of us chose to work at home. I had been working at home for almost 8 months and I spent more time sitting on the chair than lying on the bed. At beginning, I sat on my old chair to work for more than 8 hrs per day and I realized it was not very comfortable at all and it hurt my butt a lot although the chair had the sponge cushion. Also, I felt neck and back pain all the time. So, I am starting to look for a new chair to provide a fully lumbar and neck support. By searching a lot on the website and reading some of the reviews, I found this chair. After I received this chair, I am very happy and very satisfied with my choice. That is why I would like to share my experience with you and highly recommend it for those who work a lot by sitting on the chair. Here are several reasons why I like this chair: 1. Easy to assemble: The packaging was excellent, and all the parts were wrapped well for transport. I didn’t find any scratch and flaw on any parts of chair. That is thoughtful. I am not a handy person, but it only took me about 15-20 minutes to put them together; 2. Fully lumbar and neck support design: As the product was described, this ergonomic chair is based on the human dynamic digital model and the ridge backrest and the human spine are the same. When I sat on the chair to work, I can feel the chair to push me sitting straight and I would not feel too tired even working several hours long. Also, it’s very comfortable and can adjust in many ways and help to release spine pressure. The major feature of this chair is the lumbar and neck support design, and I can sit there to work without any pains for my back and neck up to all days long. I loved it very much. 3. The soft and breathable mesh material: The breathable mesh they use on this chair keeps my back cool and comfortable even I sit to work for a long period of time. I believe you would still feel cool even in the hot summer. Lastly, I would like to say you will not be disappointed with this chair with super comfort, fashion style and high quality. The price is also reasonable and worth every cent!! Highly recommend it again!!

As per support and comfort, my initial impression is very good. Assembly went well until the step to attach the back of the chair to the bracket. Two screws hold the pieces together at a molded flange. Getting the bracket to seat required so much force on the screws that I feared they my strip. They didn't, and are holding so far. The other problem I had was that the arms will not seat flush on their mounts. They wobble a little, which is a mild annoyance. If not for these two assembly problems I would have rated the chair with five stars. The model has lots of good reviews. These problems may be a rare instance and hopefully most people will not have them. Update - I have had the chair for three months now, and I find that the arms are a too high for me at the lowest setting. I began to have neck pain, and never did get use to the chair. This comfort level, of course, would vary for other people. I took the arms off. For my use, the chair is more comfortable without the arms.
