Bought this to do a cam job on a dodge 3.6 in a mini van. For the back head (bank 1) this tool worked just fine. For the front head (bank 2) it didn't really work. The little L-shape tensioner release tool worked well. However the plastic tool to push the tensioner back didn't work. It wouldn't push it back to lock it open. This kit also doesn't come with the pin to lock the tensioner open. I used a screw driver to push it back and a paper clip to hold it open. This kit isn't a complete waste of money but this is what I had to do to get the job done. Update.....customer service reached out to me and said they're working on the issues with the kit. Like I said it's not a bad kit, just needed some improvements. Hopefully the next customers kit will be better.

The product worked as described. The material is solid and much more durable than other cheaper products I’m taking off a star due to a misprint in the packaging. The tensioners are labeled wrong I initially used the incorrect tool resulting in a smashed finger, leading to what can only be described as a soliloquy of curse words and swears to rival the lost seasoned longshoreman. Went back to the Y tube videos to confirm and move forward with the repairs on my 14 Chrysler. If you’ve made it this far in your repair, it’s a relatively simple repair. Make sure to triple Che your work before closing the engine back up. One of my rockers slipped out of place and caught it before putting the valve cover back on. Good luck!

Right now the Left Wedge fits. Just put it in. This is my third attempt with the other two being cheaper. I should of got this one to begin with. I'll update of something goes wrong.

Worked for the Jeep 3.6l that I worked on. No issues and you can't beat the price. Is it for professionals that will use it everyday, maybe not, but it worked for my needs.

The ONLY thing in this kit thats worth anything is the "Paw Release" tool, the rest of the things in this kit are totally useless & VERY Cheaply made. The tension release tools DO NOT WORK, some customers wrote excellent instructions, WRONG !! NONE were provided in my kit.
