I'm really disappointed in the bed frame and the manufacturer of the frame and Amazon to an extent. I received the package already opened and I let Amazon know about it and they told me at the time, they didn't have any in stock so I decided to stay with the order and if I was missing pieces or anything, I'd let Amazon know. I look through the instructions and I thought I had all the pieces but I didn't expect to get a faulty footboard. Put it together and it took me a long time to get it put together as I was the only person who put it together and I was also trying to take out my old bed frame and whatnot. After putting together 90% of the bed, i wound up with a big problem. I was given a bolt that was either improper in size or the footboard had a defect in the drilling of the holes where the bolt would go in. The hole and the last bolt left in my package didn't keep the footboard connected to the rest of the bed. So basically it was making a racket whenever I was doing some extra curricular activities (if you get my drift). I told Amazon about it but they told me that they could give me a replacement (since they got some in stock since I had last talked to them but I was NOT going to take it all apart and wait for another frame to be delivered and I'd have to do this ridiculous thing all over again. So I opted to contact the manufacturer and let them know that I had an issue with the footboard and I needed to get this rectified as soon as possible. The person who worked at the manufacturing company told me that they didn't have any leftover parts left and I had to wait for a couple of weeks to get this issue resolved. So I waited until then and by that time, the Amazon return window was closed and I emailed the manufacturer again and they told me to contact Amazon to see if they had any leftover parts. By that time, i was furious because I find it hard to fathom that the manufacturer didn't have any parts. I told them that it's either the bolt was improperly made or the footboard was not properly cut (found out that it was the latter) after trying a bunch of different bolts later on. I asked the manufacturer for a new footboard properly cut and they said they didn't have any. They were sure that it was the bolt that was faulty but they gave me a part but they didn't have it in stock and they eventually gave me the part #. Mind you, when they gave me the part #, it was another week before they were able to get that info for me and then they said that the part can be purchased anywhere (home depot) etc... I asked the manufacturer if they sold the bolt on Amazon and they told me no (which made me question if this part was even attainable). Cuz if Amazon doesn't have it, then I'm in screwed. Later on (about another week, they said they would be able to get it for me but I wouldn't be able to get it for another month. I was done with this company and there piss poor ability to get any information about what I needed and the run around that they gave me. Amazon told me that it was too late and outside of the return window (which is true but if I knew what I was going to encounter with the manufacturer I would have totally returned the frame and gotten a new one now in hindsight. So to this day the bed makes a lot of noise (due to the footboard not fully connected to the rest of the bed). Word of advice, don't buy anything from this manufacturer!

I love the frame, especially for the price, but the corner came smashed, and Amazon refused to request a part replacement for me. If you don't want a smashed corner, check everything before you put it together or you'll have wasted a lot of time.

Great bedframe. Cheap and sturdy, however the headboard came with a massive gash in it and the whole corner is smashed. I don't blame the manufacturer it was most likely damaged in shipping but its something to keep in mind

The bed arrived as expected and was assembled easily by 1 person. I was a little concerned because the pieces did not seem sturdy, they are quite lightweight, but the bed together is sturdy. Also, it is quiet, I was concerned about noise because everything is metal, but it has been quiet.
