I really love this product. I got the chair in Pink and i love the way it looks. Its super comfy to sit in all day. I never use the clip on head/neck rest though. The assembly was pretty easy and the chair feels very sturdy.

Good solid chair for gaming,and just like the manual ses,you need to re tighten all the screws after you first use it for a few days,after that its very solid. Lots of adjustment and pretty comfortable for a gaming chair,its a bit much for office use. And I had a issue with a part not in the box,and I could tell there was a small rip in the box so I'm sure it just fell out during shipping.They contacted me back in a day and had the issues resolved in a week,including shipping. ... show more
