Purchased as having superficial damage. The damage was greater than stated, as the handle on one unit was bent enough to cause it to slightly jam. It took a lot of pressure to bend that rod even slightly. This problem was greatly improved by working the handle several times to loosen it. I used it to support my pickup. No problems. I purchased used/returned so not mfr's fault it was missing the safety key on one jack. Product looks good and is of expected quality. These type jacks are heavy but sturdy and use easily to fit under vehicle. Used easily. Fit well.
