What an absolutely incredible complete pizza kit. And that we can place this personal pizza oven on our patio that is right next to our smoker, our BBQ, and our prep station. The pizza oven is electric and can sit easily on a countertop, inside or outside. This pizza oven has six modes, it heats up to 800°, and it also conveniently has a flip up design so that I can have more countertop space easily. Amongst some of the great features that I love about this our pizza oven is that it is almost 21 inches wide, almost 20 inches long, and 11 inches tall. The pizza oven comes with a pizza stone that has an insulated handle to prevent burns. The pizza oven kit also includes a pizza peel for sliding the pizza in and out of the oven. I’m really happy to see that our fantastic pizza oven also has silicone footpads that keep the hot oven from touching the countertop. There are also heat dissipation holes underneath the oven to release the heat and steam for a more crispy crust. Just like at a pizza restaurant. I think it’s pretty cool that I can cook a 14 inch pizza within 3 to 6 minutes at 800°. There are also three control knobs for time and temperature adjustment. This is for people, like my husband, that wants a really crispy crust whereas I like a thicker crust. Very convenient to have these control adjustments to make this occur. And next to the control knobs, you have six pizza modes so that you can have different kinds of pizza that require different cooking methods. This way we can make different kinds of pizza that we haven’t even tried before. I was really surprised, and happy, when I realized that this pizza oven is more than just a pizza oven. I have been cooking chicken wings, pies, and so many more things just because of the space that’s available inside the oven and the temperature control. What an absolutely fantastic way to spend an evening, out on our deck, making pizza and then dessert. I love taking a pie that is frozen, or a fresh pie, and bake it in the pizza oven. What an incredible way to entertain. And thank goodness that it is so easy to clean. You will spend a little more for this pizza oven, but this is an investment not only for the summer months, but also for indoor cooking as well. It’s a convenience for everybody in the family to cook quickly and safely. To be able to use this pizza oven to make so many different foods that they can enjoy. This means no more peanut butter and jelly sandwiches after school now since they can make hot wings, a pizza, or whatever their heart desires now that they are old enough to use the pizza oven. I have no problem with the price. I think this is a wonderful addition to our indoor and outdoor cooking and living.

I have been making pizza for my family for many years, and though my family has told me that I make the best pizza they've had, I know there's room for improvement. I have stated for many years that the problem is my old electric oven; there are limits to how far I can push it and how well I can make a pizza in it. I wanted one of these pizza ovens as soon as I saw one, and I was delighted to have the opportunity to work with this one. It has helped push me a little closer to what I envision as great pizza. This unit is designed to make pizzas up to 14" in diameter, which most people would classify as a "large". That's the size I prefer to make and so this oven is a great size for me. That said, this is no little device - it is a big countertop appliance, much larger than a toaster oven, a pressure cooker, or electric Dutch oven. This particular appliance is likely to require a little planning if the intent is to use it often and leave it on the counter. I have the unit with the presets and this is what most interested me. It has settings for wood fired pizza, cooking a frozen pizza, or even setting things manually if so desired (there are other presets, but you get the idea). It heats up with a pair of coils, one above and one below, and it comes up to temperature quickly. These have separate controls so you can get the heat just right, depending on how you want your crust and toppings. It has a higher temperature limit than my oven so it cooks faster than my oven can. What comes out of this pizza oven is crispier than I can get my pizza in my oven, though I am still messing with the temperature and cook times to get things exactly right. One thing I do appreciate is that there does not appear to be any hot or cold spots and my pizzas cook uniformly. While I am still learning as I go, I am having fun and feeding my family at the same time. The pizza oven comes with a stone and peel, so getting the pizza in and out is easy and cleanup is straightforward too. I have not yet tried making naan in this oven but I will try that soon. It's a good setup for that. I'm still a novice with this pizza oven, but it is definitely a fun appliance and it does a very good job of baking pizzas quickly. There's room for adjustments and experimentation to get your pizzas to turn out to your liking, whether you like a crispy crust or a chewy crust. The only caution I can offer is that this does require some counter real estate, so plan accordingly.

This pizza oven is a beautiful piece of equipment cooks pizzas at the perfect temperature and the pizza is cooked all the way through without it taking days to cook. You get that restaurant quality pizza, it’s very functional because I use it for many different kinds of meals, now I would say it’s pretty big for an indoor pizza oven so if you’re going to have a small space you should keep that in mind.
