Super Comfortable and Surprisingly Versatile I’m really happy with this oversized chair. It’s incredibly comfortable, with plenty of room to stretch out, curl up, or sit in several different positions. It’s become a great spot for reading, relaxing, and lounging, and the generous size makes it feel almost like a mini sofa. Assembly was a little tricky and took some patience, but once it was put together, it was absolutely worth the effort. This chair is really great. I work from home, and my cats love to sit with me. But there is just not enough room in a standard office chair. I saw this one and thought it would be great. I am not necessarily a 'big and tall' person, but I still love the size and stability of this chair. The armrests are adjustable and they make perfect little seats for my cats. They also just give me more room in general. The material is very soft and comfortable. It can also be taken off to be washed. It is a very large chair, and it does take up a lot of room, especially with the armrests down and the recline out. I did take off one star because it really does not have enough cushion in the seat. This is the one thing that could be improved. I bought an additional cushion and it works great. It is not difficult at all to put together and takes less than 20 minutes.

I just bought this chair, and it has been an absolute game changer for me. I have severe ADHD, and finding a chair that's comfortable enough to keep me focused and productive has always been a challenge. Since setting this one up, I've been able to sit and work for much longer periods without constantly feeling the need to get up or shift around. Assembly took me about an hour. There were quite a few steps, but the instructions were straightforward, and everything went together without any major issues. If you can follow directions and have a little patience, it's a pretty simple setup. The chair itself is extremely comfortable, supportive, and feels sturdy. The cushioning is plush without being too soft, and I love how it allows me to stay comfortable while working for extended periods. For the price, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable office chair—especially those who struggle with focus and need a chair that makes sitting at a desk much easier. Pros: Very comfortable Great support for long work sessions Helps me stay focused and productive Straightforward assembly Attractive design Cons: Assembly takes some time (about an hour) Overall, I love this chair and would buy it again. I want to love this chair, but I've been using it (with modifications) simply because it's together and would have been a nightmare to return. The good: it's big, it's adjustable, the foot rest is nice, it's comfortable for short term use - I am a gamer and tend to sit for longer periods of time. I like being able to recline. It was also relatively easy to assemble once I figured out which parts meant what. It's also very cute. I bought the black glitter color. The bad: the arm rests are too short, there is not a lot of lumbar support; I ended up buying a lumbar pillow to use as I am a frequent sciatica sufferer. The cushion you sit on starts out really fluffy and cushy, but it didn't take long before it flattened down, and you kind of just end up sitting on a lumpy, hard surface. Any time the chair is locked in upright position and I lean back, it creaks and falls back just slightly. It's always very startling. Overall it is a decent chair, just with the wrong price tag. I was expecting a lot better for what I paid. It might end up being retired and used as a reading chair rather than used at a computer desk.

I'm not even really sure where to start to explain this one so let's start with the delivery. It was delivered, but not really. Sure it was delivered, but not to me. The "proof of delivery" was inside somebody's house, but not mine. I reached out to FedEx to report it not delivered. For several days, at 3 a.m. I would get a text message that says "If product has been delivered, click link below." Never a call, never an email from FedEx, nothing. Just the same text message every day. When it still was not delivered, I tried to follow up. They wanted to send a link but the email and phone number that was on the account was not mine (maybe the seller?). Therefore, I was unable to verify anything. Nobody would talk to me without verification. After I had to wait x amount of days for the package to not show up, I was instructed to follow up with the seller. I did so and got a message from Amazon that said "package shows delivered." Okay, so here we go again. I sent them photos I had to show it was not delivered to this address. Cameras also proved it was never delivered. I hope the FedEx driver enjoyed my product. I was finally able to reach out to the seller. They verified my address and re-sent me the product. It arrived in a few days. To clarify, my issue was with FedEx, not the seller. I received the product but was irritated. I figured it was best to leave it alone until Christmas was over. So today I decided to finally put it together. *sigh* It took me the whole football game, and then some, to put this thing together. This is not a job for just one person. The instructions are so small. I had to get a magnifying glass to see it. Not friendly to the eyes of older folks. So I watched the video. Made it look easy-NOT. The instructions tell you to zip the fabric together. VERY difficult to do. I finally got it, but you cannot zip it completely because there is a big metal bar that does not permit that. I would have thought there would be a hole for the bar to go through in order to zip it up. Screwing the back on was also a pain in the patoot. It was very difficult to hold it in place and screw in the screws. Having said all of that, once put together the product is very comfortable and beautiful I am 5'4" so my feet do not touch the ground, but I also knew this was a "big and tall" chair. The depth of the seat is not such that it's not good for us shorties and will require a small lumbar pillow for back support as well as a foot rest. I have not used it yet other than to sit in it to check the comfort and stability. I also have to actually get up out of the chair to move the lever to stop the recline. I can't be seated in the chair and just reach down. But the fabric is great. it's very soft, and very appealing to the eyes. It looks great in my office. I think it's going to be a great chair in the end, but getting to this point has been a terrible headache. I read many reviews and was totally excited. Maybe in a few days I will feel differently, but right now I'm not feeling too jolly about the whole experience. The seller never reached out to me to follow up, at least not to my recollection. But it is the holiday season, so maybe I just missed it.
