I got this chair specifically because I'm a big heavy guy, 6'1", 290lbs, long legs, etc. [The Goods (So far)]: For the price, it's actually made pretty sturdy. The quality of the materials doesnt feel "fake" or "cheap", even in the areas that other brands usually skimp out on (like the arm rests). Hell, I am expected to pay extra premium prices for other chairs for the same comfort as what just comes with this one. Back support is certainly good. The air controlled lower back didn't seem to work at first, but after consistent use of the chair so far, it's actually helping a lot on my back pain. The color (black) is pretty much identical to the pictures. I know some reviews have mention that other colors aren't accurate, so I specifically chose black because of that. The cushioning for the seat, back, and armrests feels and looks pretty sturdy and high quality. When I run my fingers over the seams, It doesn't seem low quality. The overall value of money for this is honestly astonishing. I spent about $280 for it, and I was expecting a $280 chair that would only last me about 2 years, but only time will tell for sure. I'll update my post every few months if anything new happens. [The Bad (so far)]: So the reclining feature of the chair is awesome, it goes just far enough for me to be comfortable, however, it does not lock into place if I recline it. It only locks when I have it set straight up. This is unfortunate as I spend a lot of time leaning back, and since the chair has a natural "spring" feeling of it wanting to go forward, I have to prop my feet up on something high if I want to stay leaned back. It's not a deal breaker, but I'm just surprised they couldn't drill 1 hole into the reclining mechanism to allow me to stay reclined. At some point, I might modify my chair to do that.

Easy to put together easy to adjust holds my 500 lb without question I tend to sit in it for 6 7 hours straight during my streams and it's very comfortable the whole time you're definitely getting decent quality for the price it does recline easily or stiffly depending on how you tighten the reclining knob which I wish they would make that a little easier to adjust or be able to lock it in a reclined position but that's just a minor complaint more like a want on my part not a knock against them and the cushioning is almost like sitting on a cloud

This chair has very plush cushioning, is easy to put together and looks very nice. The arms allow you to flip them up out of the way or put them down to.... rest your arms on them. I have had this chair for a few months now, and I think it would be perfect except for one major flaw, the chair does not allow me to lock in a tilt - and the cushion on the seat rolls forward a bit so its always sort of tilting me out of it. I have to re-situate myself in the chair several times a day when I am working as I keep slipping forward.

My husband is 6”3” and 275#. I wanted him to pitch his 20 yr old Plastic computer chair n b comfy. So, HE picked it out himself! He loves his chair and that it’s puffy and soft. The Arms are also Quite adjustable and easy to maneuver. . He can sit with his 🐈⬛ and lean way back n have, Back support. Overall? I wanted to love this. I can’t sit on it for any length of time. I am a big girl but the seat of this chair is terrible. I like the softness of the chair, the material is quality. It looks great. It was easy to put together. I think it rolls too easy but I could fix that with different rollers. The ultimate problem is how bad this hurts your butt. I wanted this for my work from home job but am gonna have to give it to my husband and try another chair.
