    • Excellent chair
This chiar is a high quality chair. The parts are high quality, the chair is well thought out, very comfortable. It took almost as much time to unpack it as it did to assemble it. Packaged well, the assembly was pretty easy. Everything lined up as far as holes drilled, fit and finish. The screws come with locktite on them. They seem like descent screws. The included hex key tool is actually a cross tool, which is nice. The plastic parts feel very solid, almost like ballistic nylon... strong parts. The wheels and base are heavy duty. The chair rolls so smoothly it's almost a nuisance.... but again quality parts. The instruction booklet was put together well, and it explains the assembly rather well. No "Engrish" typos noticed either, that's another plus for this chair. The chair is kinda simple in it's design and I think that helps with it's comfort. The cushion supposedly has memory foam and springs (I can't confirm this as I'm not going to cut open the cushion) thus why I bought it instead of a full memory foam cushion which will eventually fail. The head rest is adjustable and huge, you shouldn't have any problem adjusting it to your noggin. The Lumbar support is adjustable and feels "right" instead of forcing your posture. The arms have thick padding on the section where your arms rest, they are pretty long and should give your foreamrs plenty of rest area. They flip up so the chair can fit under a desk. They are SOLID, you can push up and off this chair using them if you wanted to without worry of breaking them off the chair frame. There are only 2 small cons with the chair. 1- The included hex key tool is soft metal, the tool stripped out and I ended up using a hex tool of my own. I wasn't wrenching hard on the screws either... so keep that in mind. 2- While installing the chair back... it's kinda wonky doing this the way the instructions explain it. You have to "fenagle" the back into position after installing the initial first 2 screws. Again kinda wonky but hardly a deal breaker. Overall this chair seems like it should last forever... the cushion is comfortable, the back mesh feels like a good quality material (head rest is the same material) It's a big chair... bigger then I imagined but I have a huge desk so it kinda evens out. If you have a smaller office area or desk, this chair might be too big. Keep that in mind. All that being said, this is a fantastic chair, quality parts, easy assembly, simple design. If you are a bigger person, I would highly suggest this chair. Even if you're not a bigger person I can't see why anyone wouldn't appreciate this chair. Purchase with confidence!!! ... show more

Rarely am I pleased by the quality of office chairs, but this one meets the bill. I have officially given up on gamer style chairs. Kept getting progressively more and more expensive gaming chairs with no luck being comfortable or them lasting long, bought this initially as a stand in chair after the latest gaming chair broke- a secretlabs titan at that- and I think instead I'm just going to keep this thing. Feels super plush and comfortable, lumbar support adjustment actually reaches, arm rests don't cramp me in, love that the arm rests fold up since I have a small office so it makes getting in and out easy on the limited space. Also look at these beefy wheels! The wheels work awesome, and where my secretlabs chair had trouble transitioning from the hardwood to the carpet and tended to just fold up the carpet, this one instead glides right over no problem. Would definitely recommend this to any larger guys looking for a chair that ACTUALLY fits. Last I was weighed I was admittedly over 400 lbs, so a chair like this is a blessing. ... show more

Build quality is excellent, everything feels premium. It has a super wide cushioned seat. Moving is very easy due to high quality rollers. Armrest can be adjusted easily. To put it in a perspective, it feels like sitting in a luxurious large car. Loving it.

    • Good but not Great
Pros: 1. Quite easy to install, although you need a bit of hand strength. No extra tools needed; they give you a Hex Key Allen wrench with a handle. Assembly took about 45 min. 2. The package arrived quickly and in good order. 3. Love the adjustability of the arms. Head rest is a nice touch. 4. Packaged well enough inside, no scratches, dents, or defects. 5. Hardware was well packaged and easily identifiable. Cons: 1. The seat cushion was comfortable after the first week, however a month later, there is no longer any support for this 6’-2, 420 lb. person. 2. Wheels replaced with aftermarket because provided one’s bent or broke after a month. 3. Despite the pros above, the arms are ok; a bit higher than anticipated. 4. Not an all-day chair, 4-5 hours at best. There are not a lot of quality options for big and tall people out there (having been through 6 chairs in the last 5 years). You can find a really good quality chair for less; it just may not have all the extra features. I wouldn’t recommend this chair because of the lack of seat cushion support and wheels breaking after a month of use. ... show more
